The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The hotel was in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi.

Perfect location and area to stay, very near to yodoyabashi station.Very accessible for a stroller user (elevator to station is near also). Drawbacks are minor, such as no free drink and room cleaning mark must be put by 8am. Laundry service is very busy, my clothes are not fully dry after 3 drying session. But it's great that you can watch live usage of the machine on your room TV.

nice hotel, though it was small rooms. central location near DOTONBURI ,near to many attractions next to metro station. . I am not happy about klook is they have worst customer care, in case of any emergency like failed booking, they want help you, so be ready to loose money if anything goes wrong

EXCEPT FOR HOUSE KEEPING AND BREAKFAST MENU ALL OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE GOOD.same breakfast for all days 😭. Tanaka at reception is very good in answering queries. luggage space is good. comfort is good

This hotel was perfect! The station was right around the corner and we stayed here to attend Universal Studios. The park was so close it made everything super easy to navigate- we could see Hogwarts from our hotel window! The hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and konbinis - I highly recommend this stay for a hassle-free trip. The rooms are also quite spacious and check-in was a breeze. 😁
