Things to do in Sensoji Temple

We took the tour with Ricky, it was great, very informative and fun, it's really good to be able to explore the area paying attention to the details, plus he gave us many recommendations for food and activities.

I had the pleasure of joining an Asakusa walking tour with Yayoi, and it was a wonderful experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in excellent English, making the history and culture easy to understand. I also appreciated how kind and attentive she was to another family on the tour, especially their children, making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. She even took me to the top of the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center, which offers an amazing viewpoint that I might have otherwise missed. Thank you, Yayoi, for such a memorable tour. Lots of love to you! 😊

Location was easy to find. Staff was so friendly and english speaking. We upgraded our couples Kimono package seemlessly for more fancier Furisode to match our honeymoon time. The hair service I received was so beautiful. I felt comfortable and like I was working with true professionals. I took our own photos because I'm a professional photographer, so we didn't go with the photo add on. Also as we walked around Asakusa, we were asked by strangers to take photos with them because of how beautiful we looked! The return of the Kimono was quick too! I'd recommend this company to anyone asking!

This floral knitting wasn't as difficult as I'd imagined; I even knitted several in one go. It was a wonderful creative experience that brought me peace of mind，thanks.

Nick did a great job. We messed up our timing but he handled it like a champ. He showed flexibility and effort, this led to us having a great time. Nick had a lot of knowledge and could answer even far fetched questions. From our perspectiv the price was too low, give this man a raise!

We had Haruhiko “Sunny” Tamura as our guide, and he was wonderful! This tour was the perfect mix of cultural learning, sightseeing, shopping, and eating. Sunny did a great job explaining the meaning and stories behind the places we visited. He even brought illustrations to explain customs like how to properly clean our hands and bow, which made learning about Japanese traditions fun and memorable. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and down to earth. His English was excellent, and we had no problem understanding him or asking questions. He gave us great shopping tips, helped us pick out a few shops he thought we would enjoy, and gave us excellent recommendations for lunch. It felt more like exploring with a knowledgeable local than following a typical tour. We learned a lot and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend Sunny and would definitely book with him again!

Just finished our tour with Mick! We had an amazing time learning about the culture! He took some great photos of my brother and I. I would definitely recommend taking the tour when you visit! 😁 Thank you!

A super beautiful experience!! What I especially liked was that we were a small group, and it felt like we were already friends, which made it super cozy and more personal!!

Renting a kimono at this shop was an absolutely wonderful experience! I was initially worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment on short notice, but to my surprise, I did! I was able to smoothly try on the kimono I liked, and the efficiency was incredible! Plus, the overall price was very affordable and budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money (CP value). The staff were incredibly attentive and patient, providing thorough assistance from choosing the style and the dressing process to coordinating accessories. The biggest surprise was the hairstyle design; their skill was amazing, and the resulting look was so beautiful that all my friends and family complimented it! I will definitely visit again next time I come to Japan, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to wear a kimono!
