our tour guide/driver Vance was great and informative and could speak chinese/cantonese/english. We were lucky and had great weather and each stop we had sufficient time to see the main sites. Managed to see a koala and some parrots along the way, well worth going

Amazing experience! The scenic spots are really stunning! We went there on a sunny day so the clear skies and pristine waters even made the views more magnificent! Very easy trip for all ages. Ray is also very kind and provides all information clearly. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing day on this Great Ocean Road tour and would absolutely give it five stars. Our guide Vance was incredibly warm, patient and attentive, always checking in on everyone and happily sharing the stories and history behind each stop. His driving was very smooth and comfortable – a few of us even dozed off on the bus! The scenery was stunning from start to finish, and with Vance leading the way the whole group felt relaxed, safe and excited the entire time. It was a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone.

The tour was amazing! I enjoyed my day! The tour guide Alisha was amazing! Definitely getting a five stars. She explained everything well, she told us histories, what happen to injured animals, she took care of us very well. She made sure we r comfortable, enjoyed our time. we went on a Friday in November, and the weather was great! our guide was William, and he was friendly and helpful. we loved the chocolate gelato at Apollo bay! the bus was comfortable, although I think the sound system could be improved a little. the schedule was also nice, with sufficient toilet stops and enough time at each spot for photos and to eat. there were 25 ish people on the bus at one time, not too big or chaotic :) would recommend for anyone’s Melbourne trip! the drives are long so it’s nice to sleep in between each stop.

Thank you, Matt for being our wonderful guide. Puffing Billy ride was very enjoyable with beautiful views along the way. Seating on the train railings was a great experience. Matt also a very safe driver and slowed down the vehicle a few times for us to see and take a photo of the wild animals closer. His recommendation of golden fry fish and chips and also dimsim is delicious. The Penguins is very cute and adorable, seeing them out from the water and walking was a unique experince.

Ease of booking on Klook: Visiting the Melbourne Museum for the first time was such a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect it to be this big, every section felt like stepping into a different world.
