One of the most magnificent views we saw in our lives. The experience itself was satisfying. The balloon pilot Sam was knowledgeable and hospitable. He and his coworkers took care of us well. Awesome trip and highly recommended!

Chen is an awesome guide/ driver, but. But the meeting time at central station on the itinerary I got was 6:45am. I didn’t receive any email from the tour provider inform any changes of the itinerary so I went at 6:40 and waited until 7am, got panic as I got no one to contact but the Klook AI customer service and it took forever for real person respond. I didn’t give up but stayed at the same place until 7:55am. finally the van arrived and told me I can hop on. the tour was fine, but the main course of the lunch was under seasoned. the food options were creamy sauces pasta with chicken, salmon or vegetables. or burger. we are a group of 7 and nine of us finished the food.

It’s a very beautiful journey! My boyfriend and I were from Taiwan. We can understand about English, but not that fluent. Our tour guide, Drew, really took good care of us. Other people were nice to us too! I love the chocolate so much. That’s too bad we can’t buy the chocolate away. Anyway! The tour was soooo good! Our guide was super friendly, shared lots of fun stories throughout the day, and even helped us take photos everywhere we went. The camel riding and sandboarding were definitely the highlights of the trip and one of the best experiences you can have around Sydney. 4 Pines was also great! Lunch was included, and I chose the steak—it was really good. The wine tasting was amazing too. I ended up trying so many different wines that I got a little tipsy lol. Thanks to Shirley, our tour guide!

Group Size: The group size was just right, not too small and not too large, making it comfortable and manageable.
Rest: The pace seemed appropriate, and everything went smoothly.
Guide: This was the most satisfying aspect. Our guide provided a lot of necessary and interesting information about the tour and Australian tourism in general, which was both informative and enjoyable! They also actively took photos for us at key locations, helping us create wonderful memories. We'd love to meet this guide again!^^

Gill was the best gyide ever. he was always smiling and so warm and friendly. he alao introduced as well many of the history of sydney along the way to Hunter Valley and even gave reccomendations for dining and shopping. this tour is a must go!

hemlet size is too small, very headache and i cant enjoy much. other than that, nice activity to engage with horses and animals.

Stuart (or Stewart) is just amazing! Fantastic guy who guided us all the way from city to Hunter Valley and really took care of us. We learn so much about Australian wines and cheese. So thank you!
