For kids and those who want to learn to ski, the place is quite okay. There wasn't any snow at that time, but Mt. Fuji was clearly visible. Our guide, Kate, was pretty good, and she can speak English and Chinese. Hopefully, there will be a Gotemba route too.

My brothers and I just did this today. and it was so much fun! Tracey was the best! he gave us so much useful information and really took his time explaining and making sure everyone understood, and constantly checking on us to make sure we were having fun and enjoying our time, he was seriously the best and we would definitely be doing this again when we come back.

Very good experience! Place grade 10! Easy to find the starting point and luckily Mount Fuji was uncovered, I loved it! (The only bad part is that to get back to the house there was a lot of traffic and the trip back to Tokyo lasted 5 hours) but in general everything was very quiet and cool! We had an amazing day!

Tiffany was an excellent guide! From pickup straight to our destination, her customer service was excellent! She assisted out through the whole entire process, made sure we got our equipments and gear and introduced us to our instructor. Her English was great, making communication easier. And to top it off, I left my glove and she loaned me hers. The trip was fun and definitely got my money's worth! Will be back soon! Thank you again to Tiffany!!

I had an epic day. There was great communication in the lead up and during the tour. The drive was nice and quiet. I could enjoy the scenic view on the drive. Our guide was so helpful.

guide: 10/10 Yuri was perfect, beautiful and amazing. She made the whole journey very pleasant from the start. We took her recommendation to try out the hot bath!

walkable distance from hotel to gotemba outlet. Room is small with tokyo style but with Mpp view. Free ice, Tea , coffee but dont have water refill. Provide free and private onsen, check in and out are fast.
