It was a very nice and memorable trip. We were fortunate to experience both rain and snow, which made the journey even more unique and exciting. Each destination had its own charm, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, clear, and engaging in explaining the history and details of the resorts, which helped us appreciate each place even more. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

Great experience had so much fun. They were very communicative with emails to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Yusuke picked my son and me up, very punctual and convenient. Along the way to the venue, he was very conversational and gave us interesting facts throughout the ride. He took us to a convenient store to make sure we had food and snacks. We arrived and watched the people drift around the track. He allowed us to soak in all the excitement of the track. The sounds, cars, and atmosphere made it very memorable. We took a total of three rides and it was super fun. My son said it was the most exciting part of our japan trip. The drivers were very professional, safe, and highly skilled. After we were done he shared some of the photos and videos that he took. I appreciate that so much. Thanks for the experience. Yusuke was super cool and an amazing host, and thanks again for being amazing making it so personal. I would do this again with matenro drift racing again.

Go to the JR Ueno ticket counter and exchange it for a 3-day unlimited JR ticket. You can choose to go to many places. We chose to go to Fuji Excursion with a 2-hour round trip, and Karuizawa. The Fuji train was quite full, even though we booked 2 days in advance.

Highly recommended! Convenient, comfortable, and clean. The seats are spacious and can be adjusted to face each other. You can bring your own drinks and snacks onboard. There's a cafe in the first carriage where you can buy drinks, but you can't sit and eat there; you have to return to your seat. The restrooms are very clean, and the vehicle is on time.

Super service. We were a bit late and the driver still welcomed us with a smile. Just wonderful. Everyone should book this. Klook is great for this.

We decided to purchase the physical Nikko Pass after reading that WiFi in Nikko can be unstable, and it was definitely the right choice. The connection really did drop in several areas, so having the physical pass to show the bus driver every time we boarded or got off made everything smooth and stress-free. I also noticed some passengers without the pass having small issues with their IC cards, which looked a bit inconvenient. The Nikko Pass saves time, avoids confusion, and is honestly such a good deal for the number of rides and areas it covers. Just a tip: Google Maps can be unreliable in Nikko, especially with bus timings, so it’s best to arrive at stops a little early. Overall, the Nikko Pass is a must if you want convenience and a much easier day exploring.

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

Extremely clean, the driver was 10 minutes early to pick us up and told me about many different attractions along the way. Today's trip was super enjoyable and I took a lot of beautiful photos. The driver also took me to eat at Xiaozuo, which was super delicious! It was the best tempura shrimp rice I've ever had, super delicious, and the tempura shrimp was bigger than my face.

i love this pass, first day little bit difficult because sometimes no staff near the gate. then we call the staff officer by machine n show the pass through the camera then they will let us enter the gate. 5 days easy to go and i used this pass to go to narita airport. next time i will use this pass again.
