The hot spring water was excellent, living up to its reputation as one of Japan's top three hot springs, and there were various bathing areas to enjoy. I was very satisfied with the comfortable and pleasant bedding in the Western-style room. I only stayed one night this time, but if I come again, I'd love to stay for two nights.

This is a great place. We were on a self-driving trip, so getting to the hotel was no problem at all. Even if you're not driving, there's no need to worry, as the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service directly from Gero Station. We also enjoyed the hot springs, which were very comfortable and spacious. The dining was a buffet with a decent variety, though the taste was just average. The hotel also provided a shuttle to take us to Gero town. Since we didn't have a phone to contact the driver, the hotel staff simply asked us what time we planned to return, and then picked us up at the designated spot at the appropriate time, which was very convenient.

It was so quiet, clean, and the room was spacious – absolutely wonderful! The view outside with the trees and river was incredibly beautiful. It was also very convenient, as it only took about 10 minutes to walk to get Gero pudding, so there were no issues at all. We appreciated the free taxi service from Gero Station to the accommodation. We enjoyed having access to the private bath, outdoor bath, and public bath, though the water in the private bath was too hot to use. Despite that, it was still fantastic. Even though there were other guests, we rarely crossed paths, which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, which was lovely. We went with family, and being able to dine privately in our room was a huge plus.
