The hot spring water was excellent, befitting one of Japan's top three hot springs, and there were various hot spring facilities to enjoy. We used a Western-style room, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, which made us very satisfied. This time we only stayed for one night, but if we come again, we would like to stay for two nights.

Great place! We were driving, so getting to the hotel was no problem at all. Even if you're not driving, there's no need to worry, as the hotel provides a shuttle service directly from Gero Station, which is very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot springs, which were very comfortable and spacious. The dining was a buffet with a good variety of dishes, though the taste was just average. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Gero town, which was very convenient. Since we didn't have a phone to contact the driver, the hotel staff would directly ask us what time we planned to return, and then pick us up at the designated spot at the corresponding time.

It was quiet, clean, and the room was spacious – absolutely wonderful! The view outside with trees and a river was beautiful, and it only took about 10 minutes to walk to get Gero pudding, so there were no issues. It was convenient to use a free taxi from Gero Station to the accommodation! It was great that we could use the private bath, open-air bath, and public bath, but the water in the private bath was too hot to use. Still, it was fantastic. Even though there were clearly other people at the accommodation, we felt like we had the place to ourselves, perhaps because our paths didn't cross much, which was lovely. We went with family, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy meals privately in our room.
