The hot spring water was excellent, living up to its reputation as one of Japan's top three hot springs, and there were various bathing areas to enjoy. I was very satisfied with the comfortable and pleasant bedding in the Western-style room. I only stayed one night this time, but if I come again, I'd love to stay for two nights.

It was so quiet, clean, and the room was spacious – absolutely wonderful! The view outside with the trees and river was incredibly beautiful. It was also very convenient, as it only took about 10 minutes to walk to get Gero pudding, so there were no issues at all. We appreciated the free taxi service from Gero Station to the accommodation. We enjoyed having access to the private bath, outdoor bath, and public bath, though the water in the private bath was too hot to use. Despite that, it was still fantastic. Even though there were other guests, we rarely crossed paths, which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, which was lovely. We went with family, and being able to dine privately in our room was a huge plus.

An absolutely amazing Japanese hotel experience, even I, who doesn't love hot springs, have come to enjoy them! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and spacious, making it very relaxing. The hotel staff are attentive and patient, and even though there was a language barrier, they were very patient in helping us solve all of our problems. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful vacation experience!
