The check-in process was highly unsatisfactory. We strongly advise against making reservations through Klook. We believe we should have received a pass code and room number, but no such information was provided. The room itself, however, was excellent, clean, and its facilities were in good condition.

Nikko Station Hotel II, an excellent location right next to the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, compact but complete. The service is friendly and courteous, great value for money, highly recommended for visiting Nikko! Service: Some small items need to be requested from the front desk. Nice boutique hotel. Very friendly and cute staff. As they are not well versed in English, they use body language to communicate with us which make us understand what messages they are trying to convey. Room booking by default comes with bf which is good as I do not see any eateries nearby except a train station. Breakfast has limited variety and as I stayed only for 1 night so I am ok with that. You may also take your pick at the amenities at the lobby if what is in the room is not enough for your usage. Room wise is clean and comes with adequate amenities and has a bathtub too. Room size is just right for us as we only have 1 small luggage in the room. No issues on check in and check out as it is fuss free. Surprisingly, they do sell local Nikko food products inside the hotel which is convenient for the lot of us except the prices are slightly more expensive than outside. Other than that, it is a good place to stay and chill from the cold weather outside at 3 degrees. Thumbs up!

it’s near the station, the tourist bus stops and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. They let us check in early without additional payment.

This pass was incredibly convenient and helped us save so much on transportation costs. We exchanged our vouchers at the JR East office in Ueno and were also able to reserve our Shinkansen seats there. The staff were very helpful and patient in guiding us through the process. We used it for trips to Kawaguchiko, Nikko, and Gala Yuzawa, definitely worth it!

Highly recommended! Convenient, comfortable, and clean. The seats are spacious and can be adjusted to face each other. You can bring your own drinks and snacks onboard. There's a cafe in the first carriage where you can buy drinks, but you can't sit and eat there; you have to return to your seat. The restrooms are very clean, and the vehicle is on time.

Super service. We were a bit late and the driver still welcomed us with a smile. Just wonderful. Everyone should book this. Klook is great for this.

We decided to purchase the physical Nikko Pass after reading that WiFi in Nikko can be unstable, and it was definitely the right choice. The connection really did drop in several areas, so having the physical pass to show the bus driver every time we boarded or got off made everything smooth and stress-free. I also noticed some passengers without the pass having small issues with their IC cards, which looked a bit inconvenient. The Nikko Pass saves time, avoids confusion, and is honestly such a good deal for the number of rides and areas it covers. Just a tip: Google Maps can be unreliable in Nikko, especially with bus timings, so it’s best to arrive at stops a little early. Overall, the Nikko Pass is a must if you want convenience and a much easier day exploring.

Extremely clean, the driver was 10 minutes early to pick us up and told me about many different attractions along the way. Today's trip was super enjoyable and I took a lot of beautiful photos. The driver also took me to eat at Xiaozuo, which was super delicious! It was the best tempura shrimp rice I've ever had, super delicious, and the tempura shrimp was bigger than my face.
