Pompei

The location to redeem your physical tickets is near the Pompei Scavi Villa Dei Misteri station. Search for "IBT POMPEI International Bureau of Tourism" on Google Maps. After showing your QR code to their staff, you can collect your physical tickets, a guided map, and an audio guide device (multiple languages available). You will need to deposit your passport or ID, which will be returned to you after you return the audio guide. We recommend planning your route through Pompeii in advance, as the site is very large; even after 5 hours, you might not see everything.

Amazing tour and very knowledgeable tour guides, Alessandro has many stories to tell which is fun. Great experience as well to see the ruins of Pompeii and listen to history as told by Dimytrio (sorry if I spell the name wrong). Sorrento is a beautiful place and an absolute joy to wander around. Over all an exceptional tour.

The dates we chose for our trip unfortunately coincided with a cycling event in Italy, which prevented us from visiting downtown Naples. We received a notification email three days before our trip, which also mentioned the option to change our dates. At the time, we thought we could still visit Pompeii, so we didn't reply. However, the staff member even called us specifically to follow up, and we are truly grateful for their diligence and responsibility. We initially thought everyone had received advance notice, but upon gathering on the day of the tour, we discovered that many participants who booked through other platforms had not been informed and only learned from the guide on the day of check-in that they couldn't go to Naples. We were really glad we booked our tour through Klook. Our Italian guide was very professional and passionate about the region, providing us with fluent English and Spanish commentary on the unique scenery, famous attractions, and historical stories along the way. They also offered many suggestions for visiting Pompeii to those who didn't participate in the group tour and provided practical information for our dessert time in modern Pompeii, which was very enriching! An amazing and well-organized tour! Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius were absolutely incredible, and the experience was made even better by our guides, Daniela and Carmela (I hope I got the names right). A minor deduction in points is because I was clearly assigned to Group A's 7:30 tour. Group A also had my name recorded, and I was present on Group A's list when the tour guide called out names. However, during Group A's roll call, extra people kept appearing. After investigation, it was discovered that I belonged to Group B, and my tickets were in Group B. Eventually, I was taken to Group B's tour guide at a rest stop, and I participated in the activities with Group B. I personally estimate that because I purchased a tour with a 7:35 AM meeting time through Klook, the local tour mistakenly assigned me to the 7:30 tour, which caused the confusion. However, the tour overall was very smooth and highly enjoyable, including lunch, all attraction tickets, and tour guide explanations. Transportation was provided throughout the entire journey to the volcano, restaurant, Pompeii, and Rome drop-off location. Both the volcano and Pompeii require a lot of walking, so it's strongly recommended to wear very comfortable shoes. It can be quite cold, especially on the volcano, so be sure to bring warm clothing.

It was a fantastic trip! The vendor and customer service team promptly resolved any issues that arose. Our tour guide was also very attentive and thoughtful, ensuring we had enough time at each attraction. Thanks to the excellent organization, there were no delays. It was truly a wonderful journey!

Marco guided us to both Pompeii and Herculaneum. Both tours were incredible and informative. Herculaneum was a particular highlight and definitely would not miss.
