Miyazaki

The facilities are a bit old, but everything works fine. The room is quite large for a Japanese hotel, and it has everything you need, including two types of slippers. The location is great, just a five-minute walk to Miyazaki Station, and there's a bus stop right next to the hotel. I would choose this hotel again if I visit again.

Hotel ground is huge. Spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, seaview and plenty of carpark lots. The negative is the location is not convenient. Have to drive to reach the hotel. Overall, a good night stay.

One of the best hotel in my trip to Kyushu , super clean with powerful pressure shower head, beautiful view to the city park , nice staff . I will come back to this hotel if I was in the city again .

very good, bkfast common but suggest the hot food need hot for hk people , it have 4 hot spring, 3 hot + 1 cold , good sauna and steamer , after sauna you can take break, hv beer, sake, some snack

The location is quite far from the JR station. If you aren't familiar with the area, it's about a 20-minute walk. I'm not sure if it was because I booked the room the day before, but I didn't receive the hotel's access code. The hotel also hadn't received the booking. In the end, I had to ask the hotel staff to help me. Three different people came to ask me for the same information for the inquiry (I don't know what was going on). It took nearly two hours to resolve. However, at least the staff was friendly and willing to assist me. This was my first time booking through KLOOK, and I'm not very satisfied. What if they had just said they hadn't received the booking and ended the conversation? As for the room itself, I was very satisfied. For the same price, I wouldn't be able to find such a large space in other cities. It has all the basic amenities and is very clean. However, the air conditioner/heater was extremely dirty, completely covered in dust, like cotton. But it seems like many hotels neglect to clean the air conditioning units.

the tour was on time and the transportation was comfortable. only downside is, knowing that is was a group tour, time is super limited. guide was helpful and knowledgeable. despite the time limit, we enjoyed the tour and was amazed on how beautiful the destinations were.

First time using Klook • Solo Japanese participant • Limited multilingual skills. I signed up bracing myself for 100% feeling out of place! But the tour guide made it a happy experience! They greeted me with a huge smile and showed me to the bus, saying, 'Don't worry, it'll be alright!' True to their word, they were attentive to each person throughout the entire tour, provided information before reaching each destination, and incorporated elements learned from past experiences and a great sense of humor! They were fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Front row seats (limited availability) + fee → According to the guide, since there were fewer participants this time, they were able to prepare seats with plenty of space in front and beside them! I had a great view of the scenery while driving, so I was very lucky this time and it was a great decision to book! But, that doesn't mean it will be the same next time. It depends on luck! Lastly, I've always preferred planning my own trips, but thanks to the tour guide, I was able to open a new door, and I'd like to participate in a bus tour again if I have the chance. Wonderful place, the tour was in Chinese (I don't speak Chinese) but the guide helped me a lot to understand everything. We couldn't visit the crater due to an accident so we went to a temple instead, equally beautiful.
