Convenient, fast, and flexible. Free cancellation and modification are available before redemption, and different dates can be selected for the outbound and return journeys. At the 1st floor counter, there is a sign indicating the KLOOK ticket collection counter. It is recommended to check the round-trip schedule on the large screen first, then inform the counter staff to issue the ticket. If the return journey is not yet confirmed, you can also reserve a seat at the return station with the invoice. On rainy days, you can reach the bus station via indoor passages from Taipei Main Station or nearby hotels and underground streets, and there are elevators or escalators, making it the perfect choice for a short suburban trip.

Our private car charter made exploring Taipei incredibly easy. The car was comfortable, the driver friendly and knowledgeable, and we visited top tourist spots at our own pace. A smooth, stress-free way to see the city in one great day.

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

Hope this info will help any international traveller going from Kinmen (Shuitou Pier 水头码头) to Xiamen (Wutong Port 五通客运码头) 1) Collect ferry ticket from the left most counter (i.e. i海台已附款取票柜台) at Shuitou Pier 水头码头 2) The ferry tickets can only be collected between 30 and 70 minutes before departure. 3) Security and immigration clearance only starts 60 minutes before ferry departure 4) Luggage will be kept in the luggage rooms within the ferry, but unlike the Kinmen side, you'll need to find and claim your luggage before exiting the ferry! Remember to fill in the physical Arrival Card for Temporary Entry Foreigners (photo before) either provided during the ferry trip or at Wutong Port, as you'll need the card to clear the immigration at Xiamen

Mr Wang (汪师傅）was early to pick us at the meeting point near our hotel. He even shared with us some background information about how Jiufen came to be. He was polite, pleasant and professional. Overall great service and value for money from Klook.

Thank you Paul for the amazing service and adventure! Our driver Paul did an excellent job taking us to every spot in our itinerary. We went to Tiaoshi, Yehliu Geopark, Zhengbin Port, Houtong Cat Village, and Jiufen. The car was comfortable, Paul drove very well, he provided information for every spot, and gave advice on what to buy/eat. The service was truly excellent and made our last day in Taiwan memorable. I would definitely book again and request Paul due to his excellent skills. We started at 7:00 AM then ended at 3:00 PM. I would recommend this if you enjoy having a custom itinerary, more time in certain spots, a private tour, and a comfortable mode of transportation.
