Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I'm Mexican, I came alone, my English level is less than basic and even so Mila (the guide) was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. She was always available on Whatsapp and sent clear and precise instructions. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you for everything, I will recommend the tour and obviously Mila. Regarding whether or not you will see Mount Fuji, the truth is it's a coin toss. I took the tour on February 20th and despite it saying it would be cloudy, it showed itself all morning until 1 pm. Take that into account because seeing Mount Fuji was the only reason I took the tour, if I hadn't seen it I would honestly be angry, not because of the organization, but because of the weather which I can't control hahaha

We really enjoyed this trip as a small group. It’s very comfortable and everything is definitely on time. Definitely hassle free (picked up and dropped off at the hotel). Tours are a bit short as you have little time to explore each place. I just felt like everything has to be done in a hurry. Will definitely try this again with my husband when we get back (travelled with just me and two of my kids).

we had a very pleasant journey to see Mt. Fuji in differerent angles! Our tour guide, Mitsuya (if I remember her name correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and engaging! Our lunch was also one of a kind with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Truly a great tour!

We had the best experience seeing these beautiful areas because of our brilliant and friendly driver! His local knowledge, advice and tips for the best places to stop to avoid the crowds was so valuable and appreciated. Even his help at snack stops, showing us the best drink machines and how to use them at 7/11 was a hit with my family. I totally recommend booking a driver to see your planned places in Japan to tour. We had the best day in comfort without worrying about anything, we were very grateful to him.

we had our tour with Saeed and visited all what’s included in the itinerary. very accomodating and always on time. we customized the trip a little bit and it was okay for our driver. comfortable car and friendly guide driver. i recommend this trip.

The driver was so kind and accommodating. we even experienced snow and ice on the way back, but he was determined to get us back safely and he did. They did mention that the tour could accommodate English speakers, but our driver didn’t speak much English. this wasn’t a problem, though- we communicated with simple sentences or some translation app and all was fine

An absolutely amazing experience! Trying the matcha treats at Shikido while enjoying a clear view of Mount Fuji was unforgettable — the perfect combo near Lake Kawaguchiko. The pagoda was another highlight, not just for its breathtaking scenery but also for the mini workout going up and down those steps!
And of course, GOTEMBA Outlet is a must-visit. So many great finds at unbelievably high discounts — definitely worth the trip.
