The Ritz-Carlton - Spa Experience | Kowloon Station

This is another best experienced that I really enjoyed it.. We had the best spot that I had with Stunning View of Victoria Harbour. The staff in from the lobby are so hospitable from the lobby all the way to 118 Floor. Thank you so much to staff that guided us where to go and what to during we stayed in the swimming pool area.. It's totally recommended this activity if you love to Swimming and relaxing because they have 3 Jacuzzi that you really like. The fitness area I never checked. Probably I will come back again.

you get to chill in the relaxation room before and after your massage - it has a nice view and you get tea/champagne and snacks too

Being able to enjoy my own me time in a comfortable environment with views of Victoria Harbor is very relaxing and healing. The masseurs and hotel staff are very professional and friendly, which deserves appreciation and encouragement. Will come again to experience it if I have the chance.

Spa @ Ritz Carlton was a nice and great experience. Booking done through Klook was easy and efficient. Environment was gorgeous (although I could not enjoy the spectacular view due to bad weather condition). The changing room was well-equipped and clean (but it appears that the tropical rain shower was not working). The relaxation lounge was relaxing and comfortable. Snacks and fruits were all tasty and fresh. Champagne was well served. Therapist was skillful and applied the pressure rightly (I liked the hot stone message very much). Overall I felt very satisfied, and would definitely come again! (Will pick another sunny day to join so as to enjoy the view).

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, the massage therapist's technique during the deep tissue massage was not as thorough as expected. The facial treatment, on the other hand, yielded excellent results. The hotel's sea view is exceptional, and the pool facilities were also enjoyable. The quality of the food served was generally acceptable.

The scenery is very beautiful, the staff in all departments are very friendly, the fitness room is equipped with novel equipment, and there are indoor and outdoor massage pools. Drinking champagne by the pool is a good value for money.

The massage was perfect, the therapist asked me about all my preferences in massage/ oil/ etc. The view is amazing, swimming pool experience is also great!
