Our highly trained therapists perform treatments using some of the world’s most exclusive and naturally sourced product lines – including Margy’s Monte Carlo and VOYA – in a soothingly designed environment featuring warm-toned marble, weathered wood, and pale woven textiles. Six deluxe treatment rooms have stunning views over Victoria Harbour; the singularly luxurious couples’ spa suite, boasting an enormous harbour-view whirlpool tub for two, offers a private “spa-within-a-spa” experience.
All spa guests are free to enjoy amenities such as men’s and women’s relaxation rooms, hammam-style steam rooms, saunas, and special aromatherapy experience showers.

Very good experience! The whole environment is very relaxing, the staff is very friendly, and the masseur's gestures are very good, making for a very comfortable afternoon.
The attitude is spot on. An impeccable treatment. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the waiters attentively, the food was of very good quality, and the swimming pool view was superb.
The environment of a five-star hotel, the service is very attentive and courteous, the swimming pool is large, the massage is comfortable, drinks and fruits are provided in the rest area, it is worth recommending
The main reason for the low rating is that the actual experience didn't match the product description. Firstly, the spa facilities are under renovation, so the crystal steam room, the crescent-shaped aromatherapy experience shower room, and the sauna were unavailable. These facilities are usually exclusive to spa customers, offering a high degree of privacy, and on previous visits, there were no other customers. This time, we could only use the public bathroom's dry/wet sauna, which was small and had no Victoria Harbour view. Additionally, the package included a hot and cold stone massage, but after the back massage, when I turned over for the front, no hot or cold stones were used. When I asked the masseuse, she asked me if I wanted to use them. I said yes, and she finally used hot stones on my shoulders for about five minutes, explaining that the treatment is tailor-made and may not always involve hot and cold stones. My companion, because she didn't ask, didn't have any hot or cold stones used during her entire treatment. Also, although the massage itself was comfortable, the technique was not as good as before, lacking the previous wow factor. The only thing that maintained its standard was the excellent service from all the staff, who were very attentive, friendly, proactive, and kind. Knowing it was my companion's birthday, they even made a small decoration in her treatment room, which was very thoughtful. The poolside snack set was also good. In summary, I chose the Peninsula for its spa facilities, and I chose the "Awakening Moon" package for its hot and cold stone massage. As a result, I was notified the day before that the former was under renovation, and I had to actively request the latter. Therefore, although the overall experience was pleasant and comfortable, the value for money was undeniably low, and I felt somewhat deceived.
The environment is top-notch, and the service staff are very attentive and considerate. However, the masseuse's skills are just so-so.

spa and high tea are excellent. Except the receptionist at the lounge lobby, I was checking with the lounge lobby receptionist regarding my package, then she replied to me the high tea set which is I bought from Klook is located at downstairs restaurant. so that I went down to check the restaurant downstairs. however, the waitress at downstairs said I should check with lounge lobby because it is the high tea set and they do not serve high tea set. at this moment. then I go back to the lounge lobby again and showed the details to the receptionist, finally they found my package request and without any apologies. I was very disappointed for this case as Pennisula is a ranking six star hotel but they do not provide the bad service. 氛圍：

services are bad, tried to reschedule due to black rainstorm but the receptionist not helpful at all. amenities are terrible, the cleansing milk already gone bad, oil and water layers separated. the little wooden comb I think mainly for display. the button for “pour water on heater” inside the sauna room is super hot, I almost burnt my finger, no warning sign next to it. the best part would be the therapists, technique is super good and professional.
