The facilities, rooms, service are exceptional. However the only problem is how inconvenient and hassle it is to go up to the hotel. When riding the elevator from the mall, there might be long lines just to get back to the hotel lobby as well. Not accessible also by train, need to walk to bus stops.

Been to Hong Kong lots of times and have stayed at different hotels in different areas before. For Wan Chai area, this is the third hotel that I have stayed and would say this is the best. Spacious and clean. The only downside of this hotel is that you would need to change lift at the lobby area at level 19 to get to your hotel room. Other than that, everything is fabulous.

This is the second time I am staying in Hopewell, the last was in Apr 2025 Used Klook to book as it gave the best rate and the system was easy to use The room is very spacious at 30m2 and the location is central There were all kinds of restaurants and cafe in the vicinity. Shopping was also convenient The only bugbear is one has to use an escalator and take two lifts to reach the hotel room

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Very satisfied with the service, room is comfortable and very family and child friendly. Easy access to children’s playground, foods, groceries and shopping mall as it is connected to hopewell mall. Very good 👍🏼
