Reviews summaryA good idea for birthday gift to pamper ur friend or loved ones! The deal’s good as u get two massage treatments for the price of one. The massage is good depending on the masseur. I wouldn’t say it’s superb compared to other places in town. But considering the top notch service, especially the booking and front desk staff; free access to the gym, pool, lounge and jacuzzi, it’s a choice to chill if u’re looking for something relaxing. I also used the $500 coupon to add on a facial treatment during my second visit, which was really enjoyable and I loved how my skin turned out!
clean facilities, helpful staff, steam and sauna a bit smaller than expected couldn’t accommodate many so I had to leave when two ladies came into the sauna. hydro massage jacuzzi is nice. charging room area is spacious and clean with a very nice view. the massage therapists are very polite and friendly. I think I’ll go again.
Great experience at the Bliss Spa. All the staffs were very nice and professional. The facilities are alright but would like to see some upgrade as there are some noticeable wear and tear. But overall a good gate away!
the reception is friendly, the therapist is professional , with a discounted price on Klook compare with the original price, it’s quite value for money. you can enjoy a spa day to pamper your here with some snacks, and some me time . I may consider revisit again in the nearest future. one thing it would be better if the spa voucher could be used to redeem spa products / any spa treatment rather than restricted to 90 minutes above for the add on or next visit use.
Bliss at W Hotel has a spectacular view, professional massage and friendly service. I booked a couple suite with additional charge. We also swam in the rooftop pool, and my husband exercised in the gym. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
The environment is clean and bright, the massage therapist's technique is excellent, and the service is attentive. The afternoon tea is delicious, with each food offering different layers of flavor. I spent a wonderful afternoon with my friend!
The treatment itself is excellent for beauty and health. There are 4 levels to choose from. Level 2 is for better blood circulation whereas Level 3 is for detoxification. Before or after the treatment, one can use spa, steam, sauna and there were treats (brownies, cheese crackers with cucumbers; lemonade or special flavour water)to enjoy. It was a great experience! However, hotel support staff needs to be better trained.
excellent experience! the staff were very helpful and friendly. all the facilities were great (the view from the gym and pool was beautiful!), and the massage was very comfortable. we especially enjoyed the lounge where we could relax and enjoy nibbles. great value package!
The 105-minute massage is good, and the bubble bath in the double room with extra money is very comfortable. From the receptionist to the elder sister with the room, they are super polite. The downside is that the facilities in the pandemic are not open. You can't teach the air-conditioning privately if you bury the double room. You must do it by staff. The bubble bath is super invincible. It's hard to cook, but it's not cold enough with the air-conditioning; the lounge is highly private, the sofa is comfortable enough to sleep in, there are snacks and drinks and two glasses of champagne when you go out. There was a little episode that day: I had to go to the bliss spa to get two 𨋢, one will go to the left and the other will not be depressed... After swimming on the 76th floor of the water system, if you want to go back to the 73rd floor to do the spa, you have to wait for Zuo Chao to be patient. Me, my boyfriend and two other women waited until they were impatient, clicked the frame to the left and it was broken, and the system was completely unresponsive. Originally, it was like taking the stairs. Gu Zhu waited, and the staff called back and forth to ask what the matter was and how to solve it, and it took about 20 minutes. The staff is talking about the frame 𨋢 sometimes it will be tied, and it will die 😂 In case there is a big thing, there is no stairs, but it is good, it is a good experience and relax. , just like to play left for most of the day.
The first time I went there, I added a full-body ginger scrub, which was an instant discount of $500. After the scrub, my skin was immediately white and smooth. I was sweating after the infrared treatment and felt very relaxed. The edema on my feet also subsided. I added it for the second time. I had a full-body Natura bisse rose massage, which was also very relaxing and overall very good.
