Reviews summaryI scheduled to come in for a pregnancy massage + SPA treatment. The hotel is bit far from downtown but it’s always a quick drive ride away. It’s also right next to the Ocean Park Hong Kong, so quite nice for a getaway! The treatment massage was definitely a highlight- I personally would wanna go back again! 10/10 recommend!
The overall experience of the body treatment and spa facilities are beyond expectations! Tye therapists are well trained to serve our particular needs or concerned areas. The environment and facilities are purposefully equipped to build the vibes of resetfulness.
My husband and I enjoyed the massage for 60 minutes, the room was spacious and clean. It was a relaxing afternoon and their signature pandan cake was delicious!
This is my second visit. This time, one of the masseuses was late, so I had to wait longer. The environment is still very clean, and the staff are very polite. The massage bed is very comfortable and can be adjusted to a sitting position, which is great. The snacks after the massage are delicious. Massage Therapist: One of them massaged a bit quickly and forcefully. I'm not sure if it was a callus on their finger or their fingernail scratching my skin, which was sometimes uncomfortable, but overall, the massage was very thorough.
It was my first time to have a SPA in a hotel, and it was a heavenly experience. The environment is beautiful, the technicians' gestures are very good, after the massage my shoulders, neck and back no longer hurt, and my calves also felt relaxed. The spa also has a warm bath and sauna, so you can take a dip after your massage to continue the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Will visit again.
The sea view of the massage room and the massage pool is great and the facilities are good. very cozy
Overall, I felt the price was a bit high. Because of the high price, I had higher expectations. The masseuse's technique was fine, but she kept walking around during the massage to get things or wash her hands, which made it feel like I didn't get the full time. Also, the women's sauna was too crowded, which meant it wasn't very clean.
