Extremely good experience started from their professional, polite and detail-minded staff. They had a thorough follow up and seamless arrangement. Besides, the atmosphere, smell, music, lighting and even temperature of the spa room are just perfect to make you relax. Food quality at The Drawing Room is up to standard. Swimming pool is a bit small but it's really enough for enjoying swimming. Overall, their service is very impressive.
The ambiance is elegant, and the service in all aspects is impeccable. However, the food quality is average at best, even poor. To find stains on the dishes at a five-star hotel, broken toothpicks, and a collapsed foam on the cappuccino upon arrival is unacceptable. The dessert even had a sour taste, clearly spoiled. If it weren't for the excellent attitude of the restaurant manager, I would have filed a complaint. The spa facilities are decent, but it's a shame there's no sauna, only a steam room. Thankfully, the pool water temperature was perfect, and the masseuse's skills were top-notch and very relaxing.

My husnand and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with an excellent experience at the Regis. From welcome tea at reception, steam room, massage, set lunch through to departure. The service was impeccable.. The massage itself was most relaxing and rather than follow a predictable routine I was impressed that the therapist, Angel, knew exactly which areas needed attention and tailored the massage according, each stroke felt conplete and not rushed. Afterwards, the set lunch was both tasty and beautifully put together. We chose the egg with seafood foam, Caesar salad with prawns, festive turkey with pistachio and foie gras, beef short ribs, followed by a dessert and a cup of tea. My husband also enjoys a good beef tartare so we decided to order it (in addition to the set lunch) and loved it. Overall, a fabulous experience and well worth it for a treat or special occasion.
The massage therapists at the SPA are moderately strong and the staff are attentive. The lunch food was of a good standard and the price/performance ratio was good. I will come again next time.
The masseuse's gestures are good and powerful, the bed is warm and comfortable, and the polite attitude is very good; the set meal has a vegetarian menu (which needs to be discussed with the channel in advance) and the taste is good. Because it is a birthday celebration, there are small birthday candles after talking to the hotel Card
