it's good to stay enjoy shopping and eating so many food around the hotel very convenient to shop and enjoy local food. well comeback again. near also to batam center easy to book grab... It's my first time to visit batam it's nice experience for 2days 1 night

we will stay in this Hotel again for our next Batam trip.Location is good!!Avoid the Hustling traffic.Upgraded to Deluxe Room by topping up.Came with Balcony with Awesome Scenic views.Up peak location thus very Windy!!Place and Room is Clean!Swimming was Enjoyable too..Love the breakfast!!Room service food was Great too.We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay!Staffs were warm and friendly!Many Thumbs up for Crown Vista Hotel!!Cons:Pls change all the Pillows..too flat.Cushion was Smelly!!Overall:No Regrets!

Friendly receptionist and waitresses. Location is perfect and near to seafood centre. This hotel has a spa massage service located at level 4 within the hotel guest rooms providing convenience and privacy to hotel guest. However, masseur service and room facility need to improve. The towel provided for massage guest is too small and unable to cover overall. Breakfast is good but need to improve on choices..
