Facilities: Saw a chair was put underneath the bed, seems like to jet the bedframe up once check-in. And could not use the bed. Next, observe the air-con swing was spoil but air con still working. Service: Both above have reported to reception and they are fast to settle the issue with good attitude.

I would say it was TERRIFIC because theres no such thing as perfect lol. Everything was so satisfying. The staffs were nice, kind, and polite. Special thanks to Dara (reception) and Vina at the restaurant (if not wrong - I am so sorry I frgt her name). I honestly promised her to give a review via the QR code provided by her. She was wearing hijab at the time. Please let these two particular staffs know that they provided wonderful service! The loc of the hotel was superb! Just the opposite of old Mall and few meters from the new mall : GRAND BATAM MALL. The breakfast was a champion! With the price offered, it was totally worth every penny! I am very happy that you have INDONESIAN FOODS in the buffet breakfast like LOPIS, TAHU CRISPY, BUBUR SUMSUM, and even MANISAN BUAH😍 The room was spacious and the bathroom was super clean! I literally love almost everything about the hotel. Thank you! Wouldnt mind coming back next time❤️

breakfast: Need to provide vegetables. There was no salad or green vegetables provided. Most dishes are either fried or cooked with thick gravy. Nearby hotels breakfast should be taken as reference so that this hotel will be a prefect stay. hotel location: It is very convenient to get around the market and walking to BCS Mall is a short throw away. The spa beside the hotel is really good. worthwhile booking their packages as hotel guests receive 15% off published rates.
