great location. 4.mins walk from Taikadori exit of Nagoya Station making it an ideal hotel if you will frequent Nagoya station. There is a Family Mart on the ground floor making it easy to buy food and essentials. there is a restaurant downstairs but you need to book in advance to get breakfast as it gets fully booked quickly. Rooms are very small, typical of Japan Hotels, just enough for 2 pax per room. Toiletries are available to get at the ground floor.

There is no problem in finding the hotel, it was easy to locate and go from Chubu Centrair. The Hotel is simple but clean and the room is good. The usual Japanese Standard size of rooms but glad we still have a space to move around. We also like that cleaning is done daily, kudos to the housekeeping because they clean up our room almost every day. However bed sheet remain unchanged during the entire stay. The room is complete with what we need except water because they advise to get water from the sink. It's okay but we would rather buy drinking water to be safe. The only thing we don't like is the smell of cigarette upon entering the Lobby, I hope they would consider to transfer the smoking room as it smells so bad when someone opens the door to go out

though they initially assigned us to an uncleaned room in 9F, we've stumbled upon 2 Filipina working there. then the rest of the stay were okay. the location is good, walking distance to Nagoya Castle and a few shopping malls like donki, bookoff and parco. there were few budget friendly restos too lole sukiya and matsuya. 711 and lawson around too.

My first time staying in this hotel. It is very clean and staff are helpful.Location is easily accessible..Laundry Machones are available. Feel secured in this hotel...if im going back to japan in any prefecture, I will definitely choose Sotetsu Hotels.

incorrectly booked a smoking room but they allowed us to change to non smoking. also had a different booking for them on different platform so we had to email them if we can stay on the same room for the whole stay and they were very quick to respond and very accomodating. they have a lot of free stuff in the hotel and the location was near the subway and the famous spots in nagoya. they clean the room everyday and provide fresh towels and robes daily as well. it was a perfect stay i would say. if i ever go back to Nagoya, i will book hotel mystays nagoya sakae again.

Love this hotel! Super convenient—right across from a konbini, near restaurants, and they have bikes. Our room (2 beds, 13th floor) was clean, comfortable, and the temperature was perfect. I slept wonderfully! Amenities like shampoo and soap were excellent. Staff were friendly and booking was easy with no hassle. I wish each bed had two pillows, but that’s a small thing. It’s about a 13-minute walk to Mirai Tower. Highly recommend—it was a great stay with my mom.
Cleanliness: 9/10, minor hand marks on the mirror.
Transport: Easy, can book Uber or walk to nearby train stations.
