Kobe

This was truly an amazing experience! I highly recommend our dedicated tour guide, Nick. He was very friendly and came prepared with a book of picture cards, offering humorous and lively explanations that made the entire trip rich and diverse. Himeji Castle in August can only be described as scorching hot, but Nick thoughtfully provided salt candies to help us prevent heatstroke. He guided us through the entire castle, revealing its charming splendor and teaching us so much! At every attraction, he made sure to tell us about local characteristics and recommend local specialties. In just one day, I gained a deeper understanding and a more lasting impression of Osaka and Kobe! I hope to have the chance to join such a wonderful tour again. Everyone should definitely support Nick! :)

Great trip to see Himeji and the temple which we would otherwise not have been able to do on own, be prepared for a few long bus trips as these areas are not close by but worth it to see the views of country side. Had some real nice Kobe beef stew at Umie stop over in Kobe, enjoyed the Himeji Castle inside and Katsuoji stamp was fun to do.

This is the perefect itinerary for us because it starts at 11 am so we didn't have to wake up super ealry. It also allows us to explore the locations on our own with enough time without feeling rushed. Cave was an excellent guide! We were the only English-speaking tourist in the group but he made sure that we know everything that we needed, even if he had to repeat all that he said from Mandarin to English.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Everything was well organized, from the itinerary to the transportation and activities. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. While searching for Kobe travel options, I booked this tour without hesitation because it seemed to be the only one visiting the Sea World with dolphin and killer whale shows, and the result was beyond satisfying~~👍👍👍 I've seen dolphin shows in Korea a few times, but the killer whale show was on a grand scale and so dynamic. If you have kids, they'll love it. Highly recommend ^^ Our guide, Cho Jun-young, was so kind and well-prepared, thanks to whom I had a very comfortable and enjoyable day. Thank you^^

Our tour guide was Tan, he was a fantastic abd knowledgeable, patient and friendly, making the whole experience memorable and enjoyable. Everything wrnt smoothly. Tan was an excelent tour guide he even help us find a good restaurant to eat Kobe Beef. Highly recomended. Special thanks to Tan.

yoshi was a terrific host and tour guide. he was very knowledgeable and also very considerate of my injured daughter who had to transport in a wheelchair. we saw so many wonderful sites and he knew so much detail about each of them. he even recommended a terrific lunch at a beautiful venue. It was a wonderful day.

This trip to Kobe was truly unforgettable, and I especially want to give a big shout-out to our tour guide, Rick! 👏🏻 Rick was incredibly dedicated, effortlessly switching between English and Chinese with perfect fluency and no awkwardness. His explanations throughout the tour were detailed and engaging, showing his deep knowledge and passion for Japan. Besides sharing historical backgrounds, he also pointed out scenes and settings from Japanese dramas that took place in the areas we visited, which gave us a deeper understanding of Kobe and left a more lasting impression. Moreover, Rick's recommendations for local food were spot on! The ice cream and bread in Kobe were absolutely delicious, each one clearly made with care, adding so much to our trip 😋 **A little anecdote:** When we arrived at the entrance of Mount Rokko, we realized we had accidentally left our wallet at a Lawson convenience store in Arima Onsen. We were really anxious, but Rick remained very calm and immediately helped us contact the Lawson staff. We were even luckier to encounter a driver from his company, who, without hesitation, drove us down the mountain to retrieve our wallet. The entire process was efficient and thoughtful, and we are truly grateful for their help! This trip was not only fun but also filled with heartwarming human kindness. Good people deserve all the best 🫶🏻 I wholeheartedly recommend Rick as a tour guide; he is professional and reliable. I will definitely book with him again next time! 🌟

I signed up for a small group tour of 1 to 9 people, but ended up being the only person who registered. I originally thought the tour would be canceled, but unexpectedly, the travel agency ran the tour anyway even at a loss. In the end, it was directly upgraded to a luxury private car tour! The driver was also great and provided excellent service. The whole day's itinerary felt simply amazing. I strongly recommend this tour.
