there are signs everywhere from the subway line to the herb garden. the garden is pleasant and well maintained. would recommend the roundtrip ropeway tickets if you like to spend time taking photos of the flowers and landscape. the ropeway brings you up to the top of the hill and you make your way down to the first station to take the ropeway back to the ground level.
It was a very pretty place! If you like nature, this is a good spot, especially for taking pictures. Every spot is instagram-worthy. Also, booking on Klook is cheaper than buying round trip tickets there! There’s also a lot of elevators around the area.
The cable car offers a beautiful view of Kobe city. At the top, there are stalls where you can buy food or souvenirs. You'll find the first flowers, a rose garden, and then walk downhill through the Herbal Garden to the middle cable car station.
My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to the Nunobiki Herb Garden. Exchanging our voucher for tickets was quick and hassle-free, which made the experience even more convenient. The garden itself is absolutely beautiful, filled with a wide variety of herbs and vibrant flowers that made the stroll so relaxing and enjoyable. We also found that booking through Klook was much cheaper compared to buying tickets onsite. One of the highlights was the view deck—you can enjoy some ice cream while taking in the stunning panoramic view of Kobe. It’s definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in the area.
while the queue to the entrance was long, it was quick to claim the physical tickets. As you alight from the ropeway ride, you could smell the fragrance of herbs. Herb garden is for both young and old alike. There is a place with hammocks where one can bask under the sun. There is a wide array of flowers and herbs. Scent making is also available. There is a food booth that serves dinner and another one for redreshments. it was a day well spent. facilities: restrooms are provided service: all of the staff were helpful ease of booking on Klook: it was very easy. I purchased the tickets on the day that we went.
The experience was great, especially the ropeway experience. I was quite scared since it was a bit windy and the thing that we were riding on was swaying during the windy times. But overall, it showed great views and offered a great experience for both of us.
Even in winter, you're getting a lot of rides on one of the best Ropeways I have experienced. you can ride from the mid point to the top unlimited times and the view is breathtaking. You don't really have the gardens, but you also don't have the crowds. The Fragrance museum was still open, and it's a fun trek back down the mountain at least to the halfway point to take the ropeway back up if you want to.
We loved our guide - he was funny and caring and even offered to stand in the cold while it was as snowing as we lined up for ages for a photo so that he could take it for us. We had so much fun in Kobe. The Herb Gardens are beautiful and I prepurchased the tickets on Klook. Meriken park allowed us to take in the port area and we loved the last stop as it was incredible. it was freezing and snowing so dress warm! We got back early from Kobe.
