Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the kindness and warmth of the staff, whose hospitality made us feel right at home.
The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, providing the perfect place to relax after each day of exploring. We also appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions, which made getting around effortless.
What made our stay especially memorable was the genuine care and professionalism shown by every member of the team. Their friendly smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to help created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made a lasting impression on us.

great location. 4.mins walk from Taikadori exit of Nagoya Station making it an ideal hotel if you will frequent Nagoya station. There is a Family Mart on the ground floor making it easy to buy food and essentials. there is a restaurant downstairs but you need to book in advance to get breakfast as it gets fully booked quickly. Rooms are very small, typical of Japan Hotels, just enough for 2 pax per room. Toiletries are available to get at the ground floor.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Few steps from the train station, malls and restaurants. Housekeeping is also the best!

Staff was very accommodating and they helped us with our luggage. Room was small but we still managed to fit 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Many restaurants near hotel. 18min walk to nagoya station. They also gave kits for my children.
