Excellent, comfortable, and very satisfying in all aspects. It provided a very memorable stay. The price was reasonable, and the room overlooked the lake and bridge, offering a beautiful view in the evening and at night. I will come again next time.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, so I called the hotel. The hotel said they could change the date, but I needed to inform Klook so they could amend the booking.
When I contacted Klook, they emailed me saying they had passed the matter to Agoda. After waiting for a day and with check-in approaching, Klook still hadn’t given any response or replied to my emails.
In the end, I contacted the hotel again. The hotel then checked directly with Agoda, and Agoda emailed me saying they had not received any report or request from Klook.
WTH…
By the way, thank you so much to Zenith Hotel for helping me! ❤️ Klook, please take responsibility for this matter and provide a proper response. After this experience, this will be my last booking through Klook. I’m giving 5 stars because of the excellent service provided by Zenith Hotel.

Everything from the registration counter to the room was excellent. The staff's service was very satisfying. The staff were very helpful and always smiled at guests. The room was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The food selection was varied and delicious. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The prayer room facilities and the public restrooms outside were also very satisfactory and well maintained. It's no surprise that this hotel is so popular with visitors.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very strategic and convenient for travelling around the area. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
