Honestly grade A experience. second time staying here! booked a lil late & for the price of other hotels nearby, might as well go for comfort and security.
Lobby at ground floor is not reception, so it feels v calm without hundreds of people milling around. You go up to reception & are greeted with a nice view and comfy sofa seats while you do your check-in.
Everyone has been lovely here! So willing to help with all my bags & my schedule in an emergency.
I might consider staying here exclusively for KL / Bukit Bintang, and become a member.
So the smallest rooms have only a bathroom that is a separate room, while slightly bigger twin rooms have a bathroom with 2 doors lol.
Happy with the smallest rooms where I get to see TRX at the side, and the chill part of the city.
Security: top-notch. Small lobby area means not too many random people waiting around. People come & go quick. After late night, huge main door is closed. Always security people around.

Arrived around 3.30pm and checked in was smooth. being upgraded to suite room. more spacious and comfort. cleanliness acceptable and the room was in well maintain condition. overall it was a good stay for 3 nights.

The location is great with walking distance away from most major shopping mall and eateries is nearby too. The hotel room seems a little small, but right enough for 3 nights stay. There is no gym or swimming pool, not much facility but chill out at the lobby after a long warm day is relaxing. Recommended if you like to just chill and relax around Bukit Bintang area. It's about 15-20 mins walk to Lalaport transportation hub.
