Room : Great and Comfort breakfast: Not too variety service: ok hotel location: Nice

Had a great stay at Dorsett Hotel Putrajaya. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is also in a convenient location with a pleasant view and peaceful surroundings. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

first time staying here, and to take part of an event in putrajaya. the location is perfect as it’s just a small walk to main gov offices. room is comfortable , shower pressure is great, and the rooftop pool is perfect. lake view from the room is very nice. will want to return for staycation.

The in-room jacuzzi was spacious enough to fit all three of us comfortably and turned out to be a major highlight of our stay. Special shoutout to the buggy service (bookable via app or concierge) for shuttling us back and forth to the open-air carpark. The morning buffet went way beyond standard hotel fare. They served genuine Kelantanese specialties - Nasi Ulam station, Kambing Perap, Ayam Percik, and even proper Ayam Gepuk complete with sambal gesek and peanuts. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Upon checking in, the walkway and parts of the room had a noticeable damp/mouldy odor that took a while to get used to. The initial batch of towels also had a musty smell, though thankfully housekeeping replaced them promptly when we requested another batch. Despite those minor upkeep hiccups with the building, the warm service, fun buggy rides, jacuzzi upgrade, and top-notch breakfast made it a memorable weekend for the family!

Beautiful view & all the staffs are all super kind & helpful 🫶🏻 above my expectation. Not run down at all / bad like how it’s described on the reviews. Probably because they’ve improved. The lagoon pool doesn’t seem dirty and has no strange or bad smell as people previously mentioned. It’s seem to be well-maintained and clean. Becareful when bringing a child or make sure to put on mosquito repellant on your child in case. My room was facing the drain where the lake water was filtered.. not “garden view” 😅 but okay for the price as the room was quite spacious. Please keep improving as this hotel has really high potential to be like other 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Will surely comeback ✨ cleanliness: all good breakfast: provided & nice breakfast with variety of food. but need to come early. I came late once & the cereal was a bit stale already, many breakfast food finished. transport access: free buggy service to the mines and back to hotel provided. Buggy driver baik 👍🏻✨

cleanliness: excellent hotel location: near to mall service: pool is very big and spacious too. had kids pool too.

Stayed here for F1 weekend 🏎️🏁 Great location, comfy room, nice view and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, just wish there was more variety instead of the same menu every day. Overall, good vibes and really enjoyed our stay!

Hver gang jeg tog til Bangi, tjekkede jeg ind på dette hotel. Tæt på markedet.

nice hotel and all the facilities. good pool and kids room. good for family time. breakfast also good
