The environment is quiet and pleasant, and the buffet food is quite good, with enthusiastic staff service. However, there were many mosquitoes and flies on-site, and the main cooling method was large electric fans, making it hot and buggy, which significantly impacted comfort. Additionally, the signage for the buffet dining area was insufficient; we had to ask four different staff members before confirming the correct restaurant location.

This was my second trip to Kanchanaburi. This time, because I was traveling with my parents, I opted for a private car hire and Route C. The Honda Accord served the three of us, so it was spacious and comfortable. Although the driver only spoke basic English, which was a slight limitation in his tour guidance, he was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip, which was very appreciated. Furthermore, we were allowed to decide how much time to spend at each stop, and even at the final stop on the River Kwai Bridge, he didn't rush us, allowing us to enjoy the scenery at our own pace. Highly recommended! Thank you, driver Mr. Phongsan!

one of my most unforgettable experience. our tour guide was English Speaking, and joked a lot. made us really comfortable, the whole trip was a bit fast. every destination we needed to move fast. but its totally fine. we really enjoyed every destination

We had a great day! it’s so handy to have the option to customize your own trip and to go at your own pace. Tip is to plan out your itinerary and have Google Translate as the driver just takes instructions from you and is not able to speak English very well.

Everything about this private tour for 2pax that we avail is a top notched. From our driver to your guide in the area plus the staffs and mahuot (caretaker of elephants) were all amazing.Each of them has their own life story and I wished we could do more to all of them but we can only give back so much. Thank you for this wonderful experienced with elephants from baby to grandma.
