hotel was nice and clean. staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Location is accessible to many attraction in Hanoi, Like famous cafe’s, souvenirs, cathedral, lake and restaurants

We had a very good stay at L’Hôtel du Lac Signature. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring Hanoi on foot. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

very nice hotel! the ambience, cleanliness, and services are 10/10. worth for its price! the staff are very nice and very helpful! I'll definitely book this again when I come back.

The breakfast buffet had a wide enough spread for each palate. A made to order Pho and Egg station was a welcome perk in the morning. 🌅 All of the staff were polite and attentive. For the downside, first this hotel is located across a busy highway from the old quarter so crossing is a challenge. Secondly, the pool water was not clear during our stay. Please clean the pool. Overall, we had a good stay. Value for money.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore numerous nearby food stalls. The staff are warm, friendly, and proficient in English, making communication easy throughout the stay. Housekeeping is also commendable, as the room is cleaned and refreshed every time you step out. hotel location: 10/10

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The room was well-maintained and had everything We needed for a relaxing stay. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re assigned to an upper floor, be prepared to take the stairs—so it might be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage or not used to climbing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind a bit of a workout going up and down the stairs.

Location is very good. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms is clean. Massage at the hotel is good. Overall good l

Before my trip, when I was choosing a hotel, I saw many beautiful photos of hotels that also had terrible reviews, so I was a bit nervous before arriving at Solaria. However, as soon as I arrived, all my anxieties disappeared. Not only were the reception staff very friendly and professional (I also highly recommend the welcome refreshments; the guava detox juice was large, refreshing, and delicious!), but the room was also spacious, and its layout and tidiness matched the photos. What surprised me even more was how rich and delicious the breakfast was! (In addition to the already plentiful buffet, you could also order à la carte, with freshly made pho, vermicelli, brunch platters, omelets, eggs Benedict, and more.) If you get a massage at the hotel's spa (Sol Spa, where the masseuses are professional and gentle), you also get a great discount. Finally, the hotel's location is unbeatable, situated in the lively Old Quarter, within a 5-10 minute walk of Pho 10 and several other Michelin-recommended restaurants, which is very convenient. I would recommend it to friends, or I would stay at Solaria again if I have the chance to visit Hanoi in the future!
