very nice hotel! the ambience, cleanliness, and services are 10/10. worth for its price! the staff are very nice and very helpful! I'll definitely book this again when I come back.

Location is accessible to many attraction in Hanoi, Like famous cafe’s, souvenirs, cathedral, lake and restaurants

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The room was well-maintained and had everything We needed for a relaxing stay. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re assigned to an upper floor, be prepared to take the stairs—so it might be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage or not used to climbing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind a bit of a workout going up and down the stairs.

hotel was nice and clean. staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

As a budget hotel, its already good. The staff was nice and accomodating.

The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring Hanoi on foot. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
