Very nice hotel. Easy self check in by scanning passport. Walking distance to the famous hoto restaurant, very delicious. The hotel room is equiped with every thing we need, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, sleeping gown etc. Free breakfast buffet with good selection of food. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus to various places. Can see fuji mountain from room at block B!

You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel rooms, the rooftop open-air hot spring, the second-floor restaurant, and even while waiting to check in at the hotel lobby... One night with two meals, the food is exquisite and delicious, the hotel staff is attentive, has a high level of English, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here at Fuji View Hotel. Staffs were very hospitable and helpful. The ammenities were excellent and complete! Plus, the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the overlooking hotel garden with trees turning red. 😍 That was the best hotel stay ever!

An amazing hot spring hotel with rooms that overlook Fuji-Q Highland and Mount Fuji 🗻, simply perfect. The main point is the bed is very comfortable 😁 and the bathroom is quite large. There's also a bathhouse on the top floor where you can take a bath ~ super warm.

Service: The front desk staff is very friendly. Hotel Location: There are various restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and some restaurants are open late at night. You can also enjoy a direct view of Mount Fuji from the room. Cleanliness: Very good. Transportation Convenience: The hotel has free parking, which is very suitable for those who drive.

I passed by this hotel during my last visit to Kawaguchiko and thought it looked impressive, especially because it has an onsen (hot spring). This time, I brought my family to stay and see. Since we chose a room facing Mount Fuji, the price wasn't cheap, but it does include access to the women's bath. The hotel service is good. We were told that yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers are not allowed in the lobby or restaurant, which we adhered to, but we saw many people ignoring the warning signs or simply not seeing them. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to quite a few locations, but be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss the last ride back.

There's plenty of parking. A well-prepared breakfast and a walk after the morning hot springs...it was perfect. It was a shame about the old facilities and a lot of dust, but I think I was satisfied in my own way.
