no staff overnight. no activities for children but spacious tent with aircon. has choice of pavillion bbq during wet weather. bbq food does not include veg or carbo and purchased as add on via klook. good service by counter to call uber when difficult to get due to weather or location. no uber eats so really not much food options. bfast is toast and one drink.

Excited for my first time staying in a tent. The surrounding environment is really nice, with beautiful mountains, scenery, and lots of mosquitoes. Those who are afraid of mosquitoes should be well-prepared with mosquito repellent. The tent space is decent, with two double beds. The AC couldn't cool down the tent because it was too hot, only cooling down in the evening when the sun went down. There was a lot of BBQ, probably too much because it was too hot to finish it all. The AC in the bathroom is really strong, so you don't have to sweat. The only downside was seeing that the AC filter wasn't cleaned, causing hot air to circulate. I was wondering if I should take it out and wash it myself. Also, as someone who's afraid of mosquitoes, I noticed that the AC piping connecting to the outdoor unit wasn't well-covered, with a large hole that seemed to be inviting mosquitoes to sleep with us; I was speechless. Hopefully, this can be improved, but overall it was okay.

The front desk staff was friendly, and the cats were very cute and affectionate. However, the soundproofing wasn't great. Guests in the next RV were talking loudly and screaming outside around 3 AM. I hope you can remind guests or create a policy about not making loud noises, yelling, drinking, or disturbing other guests late at night/early in the morning. Other than that, the facilities and services were excellent! 👍🏻

I originally thought this DIY cooking experience would be challenging, but to my surprise, the store had already prepared the dough for us 😧. All we had to do was poke, knead, flatten, and use the tools to press out our desired shapes, and finally sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese powder 🧀. There's no limit to the amount – just fill up the whole sheet! The entire process only took about 10 minutes 🤣. I recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new but doesn't want to put in too much effort 😍.

Thank you for the thoughtful arrangements that allowed us to interact with locals, taste unique local snacks, and prepare small refreshments. It was a great experience. This is a highly recommended cultural experience that includes conversation with different locals, tastes of Yilan, and hands-on activities.

The actual hiking experience is only about 4 hours due to travel time. It is recommended to depart at 06:00 and return on time at 15:30 to complete the entire itinerary. Due to the remote location, the driver and passengers will coordinate a reasonable stopping time. Here is the actual itinerary and time for the day: 06:00 meeting, 06:11 departure, 07:02 arrival at Yilan Railway Station, 07:38 arrival at the 7-11 at the foot of the mountain for a 10-minute break, 09:41 arrival at the Taiwan Beech Trail, 13:00 meeting, 14:06 arrival at Jiu-Zhi-Ze Hot Spring, 15:05 return trip. Lunch is at your own expense, find time to eat. Parking is not allowed at Jianqing Trail, but you can temporarily park in front of the trail for the convenience of hikers. If you haven't been to Jianqing before and have the above situation, you should communicate with the driver in a timely manner. Jianqing is a truly worthwhile trail to explore. It takes some time to get up the mountain, and passengers who are prone to motion sickness due to the winding roads must take motion sickness medicine. Even if you don't have a habit of motion sickness, you should still bring a bag with you on the mountain for the 02:30~ car ride.

Mr Kent Chang was a great guide who was very helpful and friendly. The entire tour was also planned well. My family, partner, and, I had a great time during the entire tour. However, for the yilan animal kingdom stop, it would be better to visit during the warmer seasons - we were not able to feed the alpacas and other outdoor animals due to the rain.

Very interesting tour. With a small group of 3 and a Taxi as our transportation. Feel like a private tour and very flexible. The itinerary is good and relax. The Beer tour is close and raining so it’s a bit disappointed. The tour guide is good and we have a good day out with lots of shoppings 😊

Thanks to Sunny, our guide, we had a really fun and informative 2 hours. 6 years ago, I visited the National Palace Museum in Taiwan for the first time, determined to see everything on my own, but in the end, I didn't see it all properly and I was just exhausted without knowing any of the implicit meanings contained in the exhibits. Thanks to Sunny's meticulous explanations about the selection of exhibits, their placement, and the themes of the exhibition halls, I really felt like I made a good decision to apply for the tour. I highly recommend taking a docent tour at least once rather than seeing it alone!
