- County residents and concession tickets are applicable to: Yilan County residents and those holding a disability handbook.
- Those eligible for child tickets and senior citizen tickets, please purchase tickets on-site and present relevant identification documents for verification by on-site staff. If unable to present identification, a full-price ticket must be purchased for admission.
- If those eligible for child or senior tickets enter with a full-price ticket, they cannot request a partial refund or compensation for the ticket price difference.
Additional information
- Entry to the park is a one-time admission. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting. If you need to use the restroom, please ask staff for a voucher to re-enter.
- Children under 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times when entering, and are prohibited from acting independently. Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted inside the zoo area.
- Please properly store any plastic items carried with you (such as hand-shaken cups, disposable raincoats, etc.) in your bag after entering to prevent animals from accidentally ingesting them.
- Please do not bring any food or feed into the venue. Feeding outside food is prohibited.
- Please do not bring pets into the venue to avoid potential attacks and cross-infection.
- Please gently stroke and touch the animals, and avoid behaviors that might startle them, such as: loud noises, hitting, hugging or chasing, standing behind animals, provoking, or teasing animals with food.
- Please keep entrances, exits, and all area gates closed to prevent animals from wandering out.
- Drones are prohibited in the park to avoid startling animals.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

The animals are incredibly cute, beautiful, and clean, especially the capybaras and sika deer. It happened to be raining the day we visited, so there were fewer people, which allowed us to interact with them wonderfully. It was very therapeutic, and the staff were all very caring. They introduced us to the backgrounds, names, and characteristics of these little darlings. It felt like all the small animals were well cared for, making it a perfect place to bring children.

I originally thought we'd only play for two hours, but we ended up staying for almost five! Although the park is a bit small, it has a lot of animals you can interact with and feed. If you add their official LINE account, you can get a free gashapon capsule toy coupon, and if you share and check in on Facebook, you can get a free portion of grass (for feeding the animals). The amusement area also has a marble game, a park train, and DIY activities like making dolls or taking sticker photos (the sticker photo booth has many accessories you can use, which is great). Oh, and I highly recommend the Thai milk tea capybara ice cream from the food stand; everything else was just okay. Overall, it was a very nice day ✔️

A highly recommended zoo! The animal care is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and happy to explain things. The overall experience is fantastic. The only downside is that it gets very hot in the summer, so I suggest adding more shade nets.

I'm so happy to finally be at Xingmeng. The park is very well laid out, and all the animals are well cared for, very friendly, and adorable. It's highly recommended. Even though the weather wasn't great, the staff's service was still enthusiastic, and they interacted with and explained things to visitors, which was wonderful.

The sika deer are very cute and will actively interact with guests up close. The capybaras enthusiastically shake hands with guests. This time, there are two adorable new ponies, which are very fitting. The zookeepers are professional and friendly, guiding guests in their interactions with the animals.
