1. Coach: A good coach is more important than anything else, and I've experienced both good and bad ones. The first coach, an older gentleman, was very kind; he chatted with us, took photos for us, and taught us not to be afraid. In contrast, another younger coach started the activity before we were even ready, before we had fully sat down or properly gripped the handles, constantly urging us to hurry up. Although we were on the water and wearing life vests, so nothing serious would happen, these are issues of safety and attitude. (I don't know what that coach teaches, but it's best to avoid younger coaches.) 2. Facilities: The showers were old and dirty, and there were insects. I'm a germaphobe and afraid of insects, so those spaces made me feel anxious. I recommend just a quick rinse there and then showering properly back at your hotel. 3. Experience: If you're not strong, don't do this activity. You have to constantly grip the handles, and they're very slippery. I even fell into the water midway because I genuinely ran out of strength. It requires much more effort than I expected. The force was so strong that I completely lost my grip several times because I had no strength left. Luckily, my friend was next to me, supporting me.

I had such an amazing kayaking experience! I saw turtles and lots of fish, which made it truly special. The guide was kind and very friendly throughout. Since I didn’t have a scooter, he even helped by giving me a ride on his, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel staff provided good service, and the facilities were complete. The room cleanliness was also acceptable. If there's one drawback, it might be the elevators...the wait times were too long! Aside from the elevator issue, overall 👍👍

The hotel is not far from Kenting Main Street, within walking distance, which is very convenient! The facilities are quite diverse, and it's great that you can enjoy water activities! It's also very close to the beach, and there are exclusive resting and showering areas! The hotel breakfast is decent, but you might have to wait when it's crowded! The room is very clean and spacious, and the bathtub is nice. Overall, it doesn't feel like an old hotel, making for a very comfortable stay!

Unfortunately, the weather was bad with heavy rain during this trip. Although the bar was closed, we could go to Sardine for cocktails. The breakfast was Australian style, and you could order according to your appetite; everything was delicious and highly recommended. The overall service quality was excellent, making me want to visit again!

The lobby is clean and grand, and breakfast is served at solid wood tables and chairs. The hotel staff are friendly and polite, and self-check-in is available. I'd like to try it again on my next visit. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the price is reasonable, including breakfast, so there's nothing to complain about. The only minor improvement I'd suggest is that the hallway has a strong odor (which isn't noticeable inside the room).

Billed as the tallest building in Fangliao (a bit exaggerated!), you can see it as soon as you exit the train station, making it very convenient. The exterior is surprisingly clean and beautiful. The room size is quite good, and I appreciate that the bathroom is a little distance from the bed, so it doesn't disturb others (except when blow-drying hair late at night). Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. On the first floor, there's a 24-hour public space with coin-operated coffee and popsicles, and you can also browse books. You can buy food and drinks to enjoy on the first floor. Breakfast was pretty good, and they even had wax apples! There were also many side dishes to go with the congee. You can even buy souvenirs there... Guests receive discount coupons for purchases at the station, so you don't necessarily have to buy souvenirs at the hotel. As for the downsides, I don't understand why one of the beds on the far ends has two outlets, while the other has none. Also, since we booked a family room, there should ideally be an extra chair for working at the desk. And the shower stall is really small; I was worried about getting my clothes wet. There's an infinity pool upstairs; it's not large, but it's big enough for swimming.

Transportation convenience: Okay, because of the Hengchun Peninsula Wind Art Festival and the Sichongxi Hot Spring, the added influence brings convenient transportation shuttle buses to and from Checheng and Fangliao. Breakfast: Very good buffet, with seasonal fruits and vegetables on-site, such as watermelon. The orange juice is also very delicious.
