it was a great massage for two people. if you give them 5 stars on Google, they will extend your massage by an extra ten minutes.

I booked a service for 10 AM to around 2 PM and received a quick response. The directions were clear, making the location easy to find. The reception staff were warm and polite, and the therapist was friendly, skilled, and meticulous. It was an unexpectedly excellent massage experience.

My wife got the massage from a wonderful lady who removed some knots on the back of her calf and also did massage on the neck and shoulders. She said the location was busy with evening office folks who came for short foot massage and like her seemed very happy. We will come back again

Sister Zhu, number 18, is an excellent choice. She knows when to focus on uncomfortable areas and also mentioned she continues to take advanced courses. She also does charity work in her free time. Finally, thank you Klook for always providing great options; the prices are equivalent to gift voucher values. I highly recommend her to everyone.

🌟 Positive Experience Feedback
* International Atmosphere: We noticed many foreign travelers came to experience it, indicating the brand's cross-border appeal.
* Excellent Reservation System: Fortunately, we booked a time slot in advance, avoiding long waits in line. The process was smoothly arranged.
* Clear and Easy-to-Understand Instruction: Although the instruction was primarily video-based, the explanations were very clear, allowing even beginners to quickly get started.
* Diverse Fragrance Selection: The site offered a very rich selection of fragrances, catering to different preferences.
💡 Suggestions and Feedback (Areas for Improvement)
1. On-site Flow and Layout
* Equipment and Waiting Mechanism: The store currently has 4 fragrance stations, each accommodating 2 people (or groups). If there are many people or late arrivals, customers have to wait for others to finish. We suggest the store plan for a smoother on-site flow or provide information about waiting lists to make the waiting process more comfortable.
2. Olfactory Experience Aid
* Suggest providing coffee beans: Olfactory fatigue can easily occur during fragrance testing. Although staff suggested smelling the inside of the wrist to alleviate this, actively providing coffee beans for customers to smell would be more substantially helpful in restoring olfactory sensitivity.
3. Perceived Differences Between 10ml Plan and 30ml Upgrade
* Packaging and Customization Details:
* The 10ml plan purchased through the platform only provides a drawstring bag for the finished product, with no outer paper box.
* The sticker on the bottle cannot be customized (requires self-handwriting). These refined services are only available with the 30ml upgrade plan.
* Suggestion for the store: We understand that different price points have cost considerations, but if the packaging quality for the 10ml could be slightly improved (e.g., by providing a simple, generic small paper box, or more exquisitely printed handwritten stickers), it would give customers attending the experience class a greater sense of ceremony and commemorative value when they go home!

I think is quite worth the money for 2 pax and you get a room to yourself too. Just not too sure about the hygiene and the place as it short circuited like twice when I was there haha 😂 but maybe I just unlucky....

A feet and body (not oil) massage for under USD $50 per person. Reservation is easy to book and location was easy for me to find but, may be confusing to some as the signage is not obvious. It’s on the 3rd floor of a building. English is okay! Have translator ready if you want anything specific. The pressure strength is perfect to my liking. The treats after the massage is delicious (red bean soup, tea, & fruits). Experience was MUCH needed after walking throughout my whole vacation.

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.
