The exchange location at Taipei Main Station is a bit difficult to find because the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, and MRT are all in one place. I had to ask several counters before finding the MRT station exchange point. If you don't need to take the MRT for more than six trips a day at TWD30 per trip, you might consider not buying a pass. We bought a 24-hour pass but later realized that single trips weren't that expensive. However, it does save you the time of queuing to buy tickets (we also have EasyCards/iPASS cards). Unless you're going far away or need to take many MRT trips, you might not need to buy one! We forgot to bring the orange coupon, so all the discounts were invalidated. So, make sure to bring that orange leaflet that looks like an advertisement to redeem the discounts; )

very convenient to use, was able to redeemed it at ximen station, and was able to maximize my travel in taipei, you will not be worried to be lost since it was unlimited. highly recommended if you are going to taipei. will definitely get this again.

Having the Taiwan MRT Unlimited Pass for three days was one of the best decisions I made as it allowed me to go to places without having to reload my Easy Card from time to time for three days. It’s a must have for travellers who will be staying in Taipei with the goal of exploring its culture through its streets, night markets, among many others. Very easy to book, just scan the voucher QR code and hold the ticket at MRT Taipei Main Station as shown in the picture that Klook provided. It can be used immediately and the time will start counting for another 72 hours. When scanning the entrance or exit of the station, there is a time display indicating until what time it is valid. Very convenient to travel, no need to worry about going anywhere, just open Google map and look at the entrance, exit, platform, which color line is clearly displayed and stamp at various places that you can go to. Recommend buying and using it, no need to worry about travel expenses, connect many lines. The staff at the station are happy to provide service when we have questions.
