if you considering to come, let me tell it is worth it if you’re crazy about little penguins. They’re so cute & adorable. don’t forget to bring jacket or hoodie while waiting as the sun goes down temp will drop and more windly after sunsets. FYI I experienced this parade in dec while mean summer time in Australia and we need to wait longer than normal as penguins will show after sunset (normal 17.00 but summer sunset around 20.30+ so prepare your visit wisely)

It was a pretty packed itinerary where we got to see the Brighton Bathing Boxes, many Australian animals at the Moonlit Sanctuary and many penguins and other wild animals on Phillip Island. Our guide Dirk was full of energy and had so much to share about the history, animals, people and places of Australia along the way. We enjoyed the tour a lot.

We had a lot of fun on this trip! There was so much packed in a day but it didn’t feel too rushed, we had ample time to do everything. The penguin parade was the highlight, a definite must see! Gavin is a great host, knowledgeable and funny and showed us the best spots to spot the penguins. Will definitely recommend 💯

Phillip Island is worth a visit, and the Puffin Belly Railway is worth a stop or two. Other attractions are not so worth seeing because of the rain.
