Tea is the best guide and tour guide I have ever met. The trip to Halong was unmatched. The nature, mountains, lunch, boating and kayaking, as well as the disco on the upper deck will be remembered forever. Thank you to the company and Tea for a wonderful time. A special shout-out to our guide, Hai, who was incredibly friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The itinerary was perfect, and the food options (especially the Indian veg/non-veg set menu) were a great touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi

If you’re visiting Hanoi or Halong Bay, don’t miss booking this luxury cruise—it’s worth every cent. Dolphin Cruise truly delivers on the promise of luxury, and I’d rate it a solid 10/10. From the hotel pickup to the breathtaking journey through Halong Bay, everything is seamless and comfortable. The company is impressively well-organized, and the manager, Fatima, personally checks in to ensure a stress-free experience covering transport, activities, and life onboard.
I loved every moment. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Activities were thoughtfully arranged, and the Canopy sunset party—with its pool, live DJ, and singer—was a highlight. The ship itself is stunning, easily the most beautiful vessel in Halong Bay. This cruise sets the standard for luxury travel in Vietnam.

First, the bus driver (who was also the tour guide) was incredibly enthusiastic and pleasant, always keeping us in a good mood. As for the tour itself, the cruise ship was comfortable, offering a unique experience that you wouldn't normally get. The buffet was delicious and satisfying. The rocky islands visible from the ship were imposing. The limestone cave was incredibly vast, a scale not seen in Japan, reaffirming its unique national character. Regarding the boats, the speedboat was a lot of fun, and the wind felt great; it was quite fast. For the bamboo boat or kayak option, I chose the bamboo boat. The bamboo boat holds dozens of people, and an attendant paddles it. The kayak is a two-person boat that you paddle yourself. The kayak is probably where you'll get the most wet. Some people in kayaks weren't paddling in sync and ended up bumping into other boats. At the final beach, the water was cold, and we watched the sunset. After that, we had a party on the ship's rooftop and returned while enjoying the night view. If you come to Vietnam, you should definitely do this day trip.

Perfect tour for friends and family! Our guide Vincent was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and funny. We got enough time at each attraction and Vincent let us know all the good activities and photo spots. There were a lot of vegetarian options for food as well.

Ken, our tour guide was awesome! He assisted everyone, explain/share stories/history as well as some jokes and he was able to herd everyone to the next activities in a timely manner. The cruise was clean and food are great.

The cable car ticket used to take you to another mountain. Besides the Ferris wheel and a slightly thrilling two-person coaster, there were also some indoor amusement facilities and outdoor sightseeing. You should estimate a stay of three hours or more. You can enter directly with the QR CODE on the voucher, without having to exchange tickets separately. Go in and take the cable car directly; take the stairs up to the upper level, and the flat level to the lower level. It doesn't include thrilling rides. To play thrilling rides, you have to buy another Dragon Park ticket. You should also reserve half a day there, so it is recommended to reserve a whole day to come to Sun World. Go to Dragon Park in the morning to play thrilling rides, and then take the cable car to another mountain in the afternoon.

Amazing experience, the tour guide was so good, and helped with giving a lot of details throughout the journey and the cruise ride.
The guy-in-charge Nghiep (Jobs) was funny, and also informative and also help sort out one of the items we paid double for.
The lunch was also very varied and was one of the best buffets I've had over here, with the food, being fresh and really good.
Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Cat ba island, lan ha bay and kayaking/swimming.
