arrive at the bus station place not too early not too late as the waiting area is very crowded. after booking on app you have to go to the counter to print the paper ticket, keep it with you always. the ride was smooth not bumpy and I had a good sleep. single cabin. spacious. will definitely choose this service again.

At first there was a misunderstanding about the fuel surcharge being levied due to the Middle East conflict. after a back and forth we resolved the issue. the driver did his best to navigate the roads with passenger comfort in mind. not all could be avoided but he did an excellent job.

very nice driver that waited for us despite the large queue at the checkpoint causing delays of up to an hour past the supposed meeting time. Driving was also comfortable and suitably fast. helps with luggage as well, overall a breeze to use and highly recommended for another comfortable method of travelling around vietnam

We had Tú as our driver and he recommended amazing places to go around Dalat! He even took into consideration what we wanted to do for the recommendations and brought us to see the most amazing sunset. Would definitely book again if we are ever back in Vietnam :) He really went above and beyond.

The confirmation of the booking was fast but I didn't receive any message from anyone (car company/driver) the night before my trip. I checked the info on "how to use" and gotten a number to text the company on the very morning of my trip around 6am(VNT)/7am (sg time). Then I received a message from the driver. My advice for those booking this private car chartering is to contact the company the day/night before your trip so that you can have a peace of mind that night. Our drive Mr Phuong was a quiet and helpful man. he can speak very little English but we were able to communicate easily through translating app. He helped us to call and book appointments for our 10 pax hairwash/massage visit and get everything ready b4 we reach the place. Most importantly, he drove safely and steadily and never speed even on expressway.

My partner and I truly enjoyed the Cloud Hunting and Glow of Dawn Tour in Da Lat. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Watching the clouds at sunrise was a beautiful and unforgettable experience, and the views were absolutely stunning.
We also appreciated the free breakfast at the cloud viewing spot and the complimentary coffee at the café included in the itinerary. These thoughtful touches made the tour even more enjoyable and relaxing.
A special thanks to our tour guide, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the tour. He went above and beyond when my partner accidentally left his phone at the cloud viewing area. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to retrieve it without any issues, and we are very grateful for his kindness and dedication.
Overall, everything was well-organized, enjoyable, and worth waking up early for. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Lat and looking for a memorable experience!

We had an amazing experience on our Da Lat Day Tour with Viet Challenge, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Phat. He was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and always made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Mr. Phat shared many useful tips and recommendations about Da Lat, Thanks to his good connections and experience, we had smooth and fast access to all the activities, which helped us make the most of our time. He was also great at taking videos and joined us in many activities, making the experience even more enjoyable. The limousine was comfortable and included free water, every destination was well-organized. Congratulations to Mr. Phat and the Viet Challenge team for providing such a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Lat!
