Nha Trang - Da Lat Bus

The overall process quite smooth. The travel agent contacted us the day before and let us know the pickup point. The driver also proactively liaise us when we arrived at the pickup point. Overall ride is smooth and there's even a wireless charging in the seat. Theres one stop for toilet break and mineral water is provided. Just one small notes: the driver like to speed up so be careful if you have motion sickness.

The ride was about 3hr from Nha Trang to Da Lat, including 20min break at a pretty pitstop. The van is spacious and comfortable too. It was a good ride!

At first there was a misunderstanding about the fuel surcharge being levied due to the Middle East conflict. after a back and forth we resolved the issue. the driver did his best to navigate the roads with passenger comfort in mind. not all could be avoided but he did an excellent job.

We departed on time, and the bus was clean and comfortable. I was a little worried about being stuck in the very back, but the ride was smooth, and the driver was so gentle that no one felt motion sickness. I also appreciated the Wi-Fi service provided. The total travel time was three hours and ten minutes, so it was nice to arrive earlier than expected.

Great drive. Stunning views over the mountain pass. Driver was awesome. Van was comfy - legroom a bit limited for the taller folk.

I spoke with staff about boarding the bus near the hotel, as it was along the route. However, the bus was quite old and stopped 2-3 times to inflate and repair tires. The staff member smoked, and the rest stop was the same as on the way there. The first two seats didn't have enough legroom and weren't as comfortable as the 9-seat row. The massage function didn't work, and there were no charging ports.

Comfortable ride with water provided! But do note that it will be mountainous road for about 80% of the 3hr ride, do get prepared if you get motion sickness easily.

A great experience with kids on this sleeping bus, very safe and there were 2 stops for toilet break. it took about 5 hours to reach DaLat from Nha Trang. there was free shuttlevan to send you to hotel in DaLat.

The driver was the same kind person who took us before. There were a lot of people on the way there, but on the way back, there were only two passengers including myself, so I was able to return to Nha Trang in a relaxed manner. The car was spacious and clean, and the price was great considering it was faster than the bus. The cafe where we met was cute, and it was nice to be able to sit and wait. It's also great that we could communicate via WhatsApp in detail.

We reserved a 16-seater but was upgraded to a 9/11-seater. The new van was awesome and the seats were comfortable. There are two seats next to the driver, and while those are not as luxurious as the other seats, they looked spacious enough. We were given a bottle of water, and there were USB-A charging slots in the car. The driver was very kind and helpful with communication even though we would have to rely on translation app. If you bring luggage cases, a smaller one would be ideal as there aren’t much space at the back for lots of large luggages. The whole trip takes about 3h15min. The only thing that could be improved is communication. We had lots of last-minute communication and not everyone could adjust their schedules smoothly. We were lucky that our trip was not affected much.
