All the places and activities were well organised. Our guide Minh was easy to communicate with and explained each activity before, and was very kind. We chose the buffet + indian lunch everything was good and worth the price.

Easy to communicate with service person. Our tour guide is Alex. He is fluent in English, warmhearted and provide all the necessary info before we get on board. The tour itself is a little bit short and hope have longer stay at each point. View is great on the sea and especially the kajak experience are outstanding. Hope to have longer time with the kajak and enjoying the peace in the big and natural cave.

Spectacular service! The yatch is very new and clean bathroom (I'm very sensitive with dirty one) We're have Henry as our tour guide, very informative about Hanoi , funny , calm very helpful . The views from Ti Tov Island were incredible, and the cave visit was impressive. Everything ran smoothly, making it a stress-free and enjoyable day. We really enjoyed our first tour in Vietnam. Halong Bay Cruise as our first destination was magnificent. From the pick-up point till the day-end our tour guide Ken has been our super host. He is funny and very dedicated to his guest. Food was great and even had the afternoon tea. We didn’t get tired, we enjoyed and had fun and very happy. Its all worth it.
