We had an amazing and unforgettable experience during our Ha Long Bay Luxury Cruise tour. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to our tour guide Jhony, who was very friendly, funny, and helpful throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, kept the group entertained, and also helped us take many beautiful photos. Ha Long Bay was absolutely breathtaking with stunning scenery and peaceful views. The cave visit, cruise experience, and delicious lunch buffet made the trip even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!

I thought this cruise was very enjoyable with it’s excellent hospitality and food. Me and my family got to visit many famous islands and feel comfortable during the experience. The guide was very excited and explained every detail of the attraction well. The rest of the crew also provided amazing service, ensuring our safety and also the quality of our journey. Our guide, Eden (E.D.E.N.), is an amazing tour guide. He speaks English and is very passionate about what he does. He puts a personal touch on how he explains things and is naturally concerned for people. He is an authentic leader and has a command in leadership, especially regarding timing, which is very important in group activities. He is very trustworthy and communicated prior to the start of the tour. He has consistently been reachable for any questions. The cruise itself is very worthwhile. There's a good selection of food and interesting activities. The crew members were also amazing and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends and family.

We chose this boat tour for our day trip to Ha Long Bay. We arrived at Ha Long Bay from central Hanoi by comfortable, air-conditioned bus. We had a table reserved for us on the boat, and the buffet offered many vegan and vegetarian options. After lunch, we went to Ti Top Island. We had two options: climb to the top or spend time on the beach. We chose to climb to the top; the view was beautiful but tiring. It might be challenging for the elderly or children. Afterward, there was a bamboo boat tour, kayaking, and an extra-cost speedboat tour. We chose the bamboo boat tour, which was quite enjoyable. The bamboo boat is more comfortable and safer since you can get wet while kayaking. Then we went to Surprise Cave. It was a very large cave with separate entrance and exit points. On the way back, snack plates were served, and they were also good. The waiters were very kind. We also want to thank our tour guide, Vincent, and Capybara. His narration and guidance were excellent and entertaining. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it.✨️

Don't look elsewhere, just book this cruise! The ship is clean and in pristine condition. I got to see other ships during during excursion mooring and this ship was the best looking in terms of the condition. The lunch buffet offering was plenty and also offered vegetarian options (and was explained which dishes were which before lunch began). Tom was the tour guide and he was fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly and professional and he tried to get to know the passengers by their names and he .ade sure to keep passengers in the loop with everything. I liked that this ship didn't feel like a party boat (there were some music) but compare to other ships this one seemed very family friendly and relaxing. There's bar on the ship and prices are reasonable. Every staff and crew was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely take this again if I ever come back to Ha Long Bay. I had a wonderful one-day cruise experience in Ha Long Bay with Diamond Era Cruise. The boat was very modern and well equipped, with great facilities including a shower and a swimming pool. A special thanks to our tour guide Mr. Tom — I was very happy to have him as our guide. He was friendly, professional, and provided detailed information about every place we visited. He stayed with us throughout the trip and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly wish him all the best and hope he keeps up the great work. We started with lunch on board, which was delicious and included a vegetarian option. Our first stop was Sung Sot Cave, followed by Luon Cave, where we took a speedboat and kayaked — it was my first time kayaking and I loved it. Our last stop was Ti Top Island; the climb is worth it for the spectacular views. In the evening, snacks, soft drinks, and fresh fruit were served while enjoying a beautiful sunset over Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended

The guide was super cute and well spoke which made the overall experience better. Halong bay in general was exceptionably beautiful and we had a great time in the diamond eta cruise. The buffet and evening snacks were just right. The shed in the upper deck made the seating area more relaxing for clicking pictures and relaxing. the swimming pool on the first floor was clean and nice. We enjoyed a lot.

We Had an amazing experience at Halong Bay ✨ The boat was very aesthetic, clean, and had a posh feel throughout. The food was excellent, and having Indian options made it even better. Everything was well organised from start to finish. The bus transfer to the cruise was very comfortable, and the entire process felt smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to our guide, Johnny truly the highlight of the trip. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed through WhatsApp, and made sure everyone was comfortable at all times. His coordination and energy made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The Halong Bay tour departed from Hanoi. We left from the Opera House. We were informed of the meeting point via WhatsApp. In the morning, everyone met near the theater, boarded the bus, and received a bottle of water. The trip was comfortable, and the bus made one stop for about 20 minutes to buy souvenirs and grab a snack. We really enjoyed the tour itself; the guide was excellent, attentive, cheerful, and engaging. The scenery and the bay were breathtaking! The boat and the food were top-notch; everything was great. I highly recommend it! 👍
