The overall experience on this ferry trip between Taitung and Green Island was very good. The boat was new and clean, but the seats weren't comfortable and didn't recline. I'd recommend taking an older boat for more comfort; I don't recommend the 'Tianwangxing' (Uranus). The journey was relatively smooth, and even with some minor waves, it wasn't uncomfortable. The boarding and disembarking processes were seamless, with clear guidance from the staff, making it very efficient and saving a lot of waiting time. The cabin was spacious, and the air conditioning was just right, with no stuffiness or unpleasant odors, which made for a relaxing experience. The service staff were friendly and proactively helped with any issues, significantly enhancing the overall service quality. The schedule was well-arranged, and departures were on time, ensuring good control over the itinerary. The only minor drawback was that it was a bit crowded during peak times, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. All in all, it was a pleasant and reassuring travel experience, and I would consider choosing this service again for future trips to Green Island.

Even though our trip unfortunately coincided with a long-awaited heavy rain, preventing us from visiting many places, that's just how travel is—leaving a little bit of regret so we can come back next time to fully appreciate Taitung's beauty. This time, we rented from Grizzly Bear Scooter Rental. Although the owner might seem unapproachable at first glance, he's actually incredibly nice—a tough exterior with a kind heart! When we picked up the scooter, he was super friendly, explaining everything to us, even filling up the tank, and giving us directions and information about various attractions. He was great to chat with. I'm already looking forward to planning another trip to Taitung. I highly recommend everyone rent a scooter from Grizzly Bear!

It was my first time renting a scooter, and I wasn't very familiar with the process. I called the owner, and he told me I could just take the scooter and use it right away, no need to wait. The scooter worked perfectly, and the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. You can rent a scooter from them with confidence; I highly recommend it. Scooter model: 125

The pick-up location is clearly marked, and it's very easy to follow the picture guide. The staff is friendly. If you don't want to refuel the scooter yourself before returning it, you can just pay $100, and return it directly on the same day! A full tank of gas is more than enough for a 3-day, 2-night trip!

It’s very convenient because when we arrived around 11 a.m., the queue was very long. But when we showed our ticket, we just converted it to a physical ticket and were able to pass straight through the line—it felt like an express lane for us. Very convenient. It’s the same when you’re going back—no need to fall in line. We also recommend sitting on the right side for the perfect view. 😊

Super cute route with a lunchbox included, however, No drinks are included during the righteous in the beginning when you collect your ticket . make sure to sit on the right side facing train direction because that’s where the seaside is. I took the train when it was raining, but it was still nice. Of course I would prefer everything to be blue or just like the lovely blue train.

We had a great experience with our private car excursion to Sanxiantai. Booking through Klook was easy and reliable—I reserved on 3/14 for our 3/17 trip. Within a day, their team contacted me to confirm details and inform me of a reasonable surcharge for choosing Sanxiantai as a half-day destination. We received our driver’s details the day before, and on the day of the trip, Mr. Lin arrived within five minutes of the scheduled time. He was friendly, courteous, and never rushed us, allowing plenty of time to fully enjoy the scenery. The drive was about an hour each way, with two hours to explore Sanxiantai. On the return trip, he kindly stopped at a roadside fruit stand so we could try custard apple, and he also recommended and dropped us off at a tasty local fried chicken spot. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and convenient way to explore beyond the city.
