Hotel Cham Cham in Taitung provided us with a pleasant stay overall. Despite a minor issue with bed bugs, which was understandably concerning, the hotel staff handled it professionally and promptly. They were quick to respond, offering us itch relief cream and ensuring we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. Aside from this, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes – a perfect way to start the day! The hotel itself is modern, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Despite the hiccup, we appreciated their efforts to make things right, and we would still recommend Hotel Cham Cham for its excellent service and amenities.

Awesome location! Right smack in front of the train station! Very conducive place to stay over! The only down side will be not having food restaurant or stall around the hotel. The only way to get your food is via grab platform! Other then that, my place at this hotel is splendid!!
