The snorkeling instructor was very professional and went over important safety tips before we got into the water. Having tried diving and snorkeling elsewhere before, I was amazed by the sheer number of fish I saw this time—a pleasant surprise! The instructor warned us to be careful not to get bitten by the fish. Because this is a conservation area, the fish aren't afraid of humans and are particularly abundant. I highly recommend snorkeling here; I was very satisfied with the experience, thumbs up! Non-swimmers don't need to be afraid either—I can't swim myself! The nighttime activity was deer spotting, but unfortunately, we didn't see any that day (the guide said it's all about luck). Memorable highlights included the Guanyin statue and the introduction to the golden toad, etc. The guide even caught a toad with a "full face of makeup" to introduce to us, and it looked a little cute.

Staying here with the kids this time was a wonderful overall experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the children really loved the space and amenities in the family room. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The location is convenient, parking went smoothly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. It's a great place to stay when traveling to Taitung with children; the kids had a blast, the adults were able to get some good rest, and we would definitely visit again!

I had stayed in a double hot spring room here a few years ago, so I remembered this resort. Since I was planning to visit Zhiben for hot springs during my Taitung trip, I booked this hotel. Overall, everything was great! Our itinerary was just too packed; otherwise, I would have loved to stay a few more days!

The location was a bit far from the city center, but everything else was fine. The breakfast selection was limited, and the items were exactly the same for both days of our stay, even the vegetables. Some dishes were consistently empty and rarely refilled. The coffee from the coffee machine was not good and could definitely be improved.

The top choice for accommodation in Taitung! Including midnight snacks and breakfast, it offers the best value for money! The service quality is also exceptional, making you feel truly welcome. The high online reviews are well-deserved and lived up to expectations. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Taitung, this place will definitely recharge you for your next new journey.

The biggest selling point is its downtown location, within walking distance to many attractions like Tiehua Village and the night market. The rooms are comfortable and feature electric curtains. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop. Parking spaces are limited, and when it's busy, the elevators can be difficult to catch (they operate with a strange logic).

We made a last-minute decision to visit Taitung, and luckily, there was one twin room left. The room was quite spacious and clean. However, the front desk staff we encountered when checking in that evening had an indifferent attitude; their demeanor and responses made us feel a bit uncomfortable. On the other hand, the staff during breakfast the next morning were all very pleasant. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the taste was average. The late-night snack of lemon aiyu jelly and millet porridge was quite good.

Staying for 4 consecutive days, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were nice, but the lack of a bidet toilet seat was very inconvenient. At the very least, a handheld bidet sprayer should be provided. The power outlet placement was also very inconvenient. The meals were vegetarian-friendly, and parking was relatively easy. You can drive to the beach, and there's a sea view from the window.
