We had an excellent experience with this tour as well as our driver/tour guide, Nathan. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. He was professional and friendly, The car was clean and comfortable, and his recommendations for food and attractions were spot on. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bandung! Thanks also to Klook!

driver is mr nandar he pick up us in crown plaza hotel bandung after breakfast around 10 am. he bring us to see the bandung about shopping centre or mall, mode factory outlet, paris van java shopping centre , pascal shopping centre and prima rasa and dinner in 9 dragon restaurant in pascal. and he is friendly and care. bandung is raining at the time but not much like in lembang. I recomended this service is very good and also mr nandar is very nice and friendly. thanks mr. nandar.

Rented a motorbike at YourBestie when I went to Bandung and was overall very satisfied. The booking process was easy and very safe on Klook, the admin was fast response, and the motorbike was also comfortable to use. The condition of the motorbike was clean and well-maintained. Pick-up and return were also hassle-free, the admin was flexible. Will definitely use this again next time I go to Bandung 👍

Guia Bandung Hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Bandung 🌿 I stayed in a twin bed garden view room, which was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel has complete facilities including a swimming pool, gym, spa, table tennis, koi pond, kids’ area, and beautiful garden spaces. A unique highlight is the “Hallo Hallo Bandung” event every Saturday, where guests can enjoy various local snacks (jajanan lokal) using coins (IDR 25,000 per coin, plus 2 free coins). Breakfast was varied with local and Western options and tasted good. Highly recommended for families, couples, or a relaxing getaway in Bandung.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended

Overall, everything was satisfactory and met my expectations. However, there are a few minor areas for improvement: the hairdryer was unavailable, the bathtub drainage seemed slightly sluggish, and there is no direct elevator access from the parking area (requiring the use of stairs first). Thank you.

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

It was a great experience, from strawberry picking to Kawah Putih, deer conservation, ranca upas. Driver/tour guide was friendly. 10/10
