It was great that you stayed with me throughout the experience and took such good care of me. It takes place in a private home, and they ensure you can proceed safely and without time constraints. The dyeing space is like a small garden. They grow a variety of plants throughout the house, so you can see many flowers and leaves. They also introduce you to the plants that become natural dyes and grow them themselves. This was my second batik experience, and I was glad to learn that batik styles and tools differ from region to region.

A truly fascinating experience. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Yogyakarta set aside an extra half-day for this. The gamelan master's daughter speaks excellent English, and the entire lesson was very detailed. We got to try five or six different instruments, and you don't need any musical background to have a great time. Gamelan is an ancient musical form, often using a pentatonic scale, that features an ensemble of various percussion instruments like gongs, metallophones, and drums. It frequently accompanies Javanese religious ceremonies, shadow puppet plays, or dance performances. Debussy was heavily influenced by gamelan, and you can even hear K.K. Slider play a version of it in Animal Crossing. The playing experience is very enjoyable, almost meditative, due to its relatively simple rhythms and abundant repetition. The teacher mentioned that a Chinese band called 'Wo Qi' (which means 'I'm angry') came to learn for a day last week, which was quite amusing. We looked it up and realized it was 'Frog Pond' (Wa Chi)... We'll definitely try to catch their performance if we get the chance when we go back.

Excellent service, recommends beautiful things, and tells the history very well. The guide is a good friend and helps tourists learn about the culture and beautiful costumes. Impressed with the trip.

The Borobudur tour was quite the experience! Our guide Trisno (not sure if that's the correct name) enlightened us with the history and philosophy of the temple. Prambanan was also good, we did not have enough money for a tour guide. Also, our drivers Sulis and Adit were very friendly

It was my first time doing either and/or both the activities. trying not to fall while walking on the slippery mud was quite interesting. tubing on a current of water was quite fun. but apart from all this, Eza, our driver, was fun and friendly and always helpful. He said yes to everything we asled for. He even took us to the Kopi Luwak place even though that wasn’t on the itinerary.

Interesting show to watch. Dis not avail the dinner buffet because I already ate but there’s also a cafe outside the amphitheater where, you can hangout while waiting for the show to open AT SEVEN THIRTY (7:30 PM). I just hope you have the option to choose your seat as seats on the side does not have a back rest. Nonetheless, it is worthwile seeing the show when in Jogja!

Wow! an experience like I have never imagined!!! so the day started with waking up at 6:30 and getting picked up by our lovely driver. the drive was about 1.5hours to the first location ( Jomblong Cave) so you have some time to nap, however roads aren’t smooth about an hour in so get ready for a bumpy ride. we settled in for about 40mins, drank lovely tea and changed into the boots and helmet. Be sure to bring some long socks so the mud doesn’t go to your feet! and wear light clothes as it gets sooo hot there (may depend on weather) we explored the cave and took the best photos ever. then made our way back up and had some beautiful dishes (small portion for me though) we then went to do the river tubing and that was even better. make sure to wear swimming clothes as you get so many opportunities to swim and even jump into the water. I Will never forget this day 100% worth it

Had a smooth sailing trip to both Borobudur and Prambanan Temple thanks to our guide AG. He was really attentive at accommodating to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. He also recommended a few eating spots and helped us out when we needed some other tour arrangements.

We entered Loka Fun Zoo at 2:00 PM, and it was truly delightful. We got to interact closely with the animals. There's a free shuttle bus inside the zoo, so if you get tired of walking, you can sit on the bus and watch the animals along the roadside. We also encountered some local students on a field trip; a few little girls shyly greeted us. Perhaps not many foreigners visit here, which made us a novelty to them.
