The location is convenient, and although the hotel is a bit older, it's still very clean. It was a very comfortable stay, and being able to enjoy the hot springs at this price is truly wonderful! The amenities and hair dryers in the large public bath were also excellent. For breakfast, there were many choices, including seafood donburi, grilled scallops, soup curry, and freshly made omelets. The steam oven for heating bread was a thoughtful touch! I had a very pleasant stay here.

Fantastic 5.0
It's a 10-minute walk from Otaru Station and a 3-minute walk from the canal. The room is larger than typical hotel rooms. A bonus is that we were able to store our luggage, and it was already in the room when we checked in. There was also welcome tea. Downsides: low water pressure and a bit dusty.

Fantastic 5.0
It's a large hotel right next to the Otaru Canal photo spot, just across the street. The top floor has a bar that I really liked. The rooms are spacious and have complete facilities. The only downside is that the rooms have a very old smell, musty and woody. It's hard to breathe when sleeping, like you can't get enough air. You can't open the windows to ventilate because they are all locked. I had to point the fan directly at the bed to breathe easier.

choose this because it's a stop for ski bus kiroro, not a happening area but it's connected to a mall beside which got viva home, aeon and daiso inside. Room side date but big, overall value for money

Fantastic 5.0
Stayed in two different rooms here - both were comfy but neither particularly clean. not gross or anything, but not clean. Read marks on the walls and carpet and furniture, etc. Otherwise great spot. Awesome onsen with view of canal and close to many good restaurants and activities. staff was beyond friendly and accommodating.
